Great spot. Busy A road traffic so not for light sleepers. No restrictions or signage saying otherwise. Free. Good signal on EE.

hopekid119/01/2024Great spot stayed here 18/1/24. Full signal on 3 & no restrictions I could see as others noted 2hrs. Only sign I could see was no fires or tent camping on the waters edge. Overall great spot

Overnighted here on 17/7/21, a motorhome was also in the lay-by, quite noisy from passing traffic so light sleepers may be better somewhere else. Encountered no problems.

Not for light sleepers who wouldn't sleep with passing traffic. But for those that don't mind it's great, also it seems to be the only legitimate place to park overnight in the area. The lake shore is nearby with beautiful views. No services.
