dougbrown9330/08/2023Lovely quiet park up. Good flat surface and great views. Only one other van. Great peaceful sleep and the old church is a must see. Stayed on 28th Aug.

Level parking by the side of the road with room for 3 vans at least. Right at the end of a very quiet road, with just the bus turning circle just after the lay-by. We only parked here for a short time to visit the church but it seems like a very good place to spend the night. Great views, very quiet.

Wunderbarer Platz, am Ende einer Sackgasse, Schafe ohne Ende und guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Wanderung im Süden der Insel.

Very peaceful location with a view across to the Goat Fell mountains on Arran. The car park is for St. Blane's Church, a 900 year old ruin. You can also climb the impressive St. Blane's Hill which is a 360 degree view point. Great views of Little Cumbrae. The farm has fresh eggs. There were some very impressive highland cattle next to our site.
