Een nacht op de parking gestaan, helemaal achterin. Heel rustige nacht gehad en je kan vanaf daar heel makkelijk wandelingen maken.
Parking public gratuit près du Visitor Center Kellokas. Joli centre d'information avec exposition au sous-sol en plusieurs langues. Départs de randonnées pédestres, vélo, ski de fond et raquettes. Toilettes gratuites au centre d'accueil, ouvertes pendant les heures d'ouverture. Eau potable disponible au point de lavage des vélos près du petit hangar. Abri en appentis avec bois de chauffage gratuit. Astuce : en hiver, il fait un peu plus chaud ici en haut que dans les villages en bas.

Free toilets in visitor centre, open during opening hours. Drinking water available from bike wash spot by small shed. Lean-to shelter with free firewood. Tip: in winter here higher is a bit warmer than lower in the villages.
Kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze beim Besucherzentrum Kellokas. Schönes Informationszentrum mit Ausstellung im Keller in mehreren Sprachen. Abfahrten zum Wandern, Radfahren, Langlaufen und Schneeschuhwandern. Kostenlose Toiletten im Besucherzentrum, geöffnet während der Öffnungszeiten. Trinkwasser gibt es am Fahrradwaschplatz neben dem kleinen Schuppen. Unterstand mit kostenlosem Brennholz. Tipp: Im Winter ist es hier oben etwas wärmer als tiefer in den Dörfern.

inariABC31/08/2025Very large area with several levels near the visitor center. There’s a nice playground, picnic tables, a barbecue hut, and a free museum. Toilets are only open during the visitor center’s opening hours (9 am to 4 pm, closed on weekends). Definitely recommend it for children, there’s a lot to explore. Trash bins hidden behind the building. Reindeer pass by, and you can pick wild berries.
Oni8327/07/2025Simple parking, non loin de la route (peu empruntée la nuit), et au pied des départs de randonnée. Nous y avons passé une nuit paisible après, justement, une randonnée dans le Parc National.

Geweldige parking. Visitor center is vanaf 2.juni dit jaar geopend om 9.00 uur. Gebruik gemaakt van brandschoon toilet. Vriendelijk personeel. De weg erlangs is heel rustig. Goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen.

Schön angelegter Parkplatz. Wir hielten hier für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp mit kleiner Wanderung. Hier wirst du auch deinen Müll los.

Very calm and a lot to do around! Saw some reindeer too. Toilets available at the visitor center when it's open. A lovely kota 30min walk away with dry toilets.

Schön für eine Nacht! Sehr ruhig. Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Toiletten sind zu den Öffnungszeiten des Visitor Centers offen. Aktuell von 10 bis 17 Uhr. Wasser auffüllen super am Fahrradwaschplatz. Recycling unterhalb davon.

It is allowed to overnight here, I checked from staff. Beautiful landscape behind the building. Trails starts there.

Der gesamte Parkplatz ist nach einer Neugestaltung fertig und macht einen hervorragenden Eindruck! Perfekter Startpunkt für viele schöne Wanderungen.

z. Zt. Baustelle. Kein parken möglich. Ca. 500m weiter der Parkplatz vom Skilift ist nutzbar.
