Stayed here for 2 nights at end of April. Jim the steward is really keen to provide a great service. Lovely secured site with excellent shower facilities. Great for cycling along local canal towards Leeds or 5 locks in Bradford direction. A 5 minute walk from Woolpack pub with excellent food. We’ll be returning
Lovely quiet spot, with the best quality of grass we have ever had on a campsite, right next to the cricket pitch. All facilities you need with security locks on all the doors. Jim the steward was very helpful. Just down the road from the Woolpack inn from Emmerdale fame.. Great spot
A one night stop for us. Great to be able to check in just after midday and walk the canal side path to Saltaire (3 miles each way) in the afternoon. Relaxed, functional showers and loo. We used the clubhouse ones which are available to use when no sports events are on. Jim the steward is very friendly and helpful
Started one night - nice quiet site - showers and toilets were functional and clean - steward was great - watched the cricket game and had a beer in clubhouse after
nice clean flat site..the shower block is in the pavillian and good.great space to fill and empty tanks. quiet site.a short walk into the village to the woolpack pub famed from emmerdale tv. good food there and real ale too.
the price is now (main season) £25 for 2 adults £2,50 per child. look at the website for the up to date prices. we stayed one night and had a great time. but it's a bit overpriced because it is not a camping but a sports field.
arrived at 530pm and told no entry after 12 noon even though the site is not busy
Excellent location, quiet with access to town and walks, there is an Elsan point, showers and toilets. There is power but the attendant/owner will need to activate the power supply with a card so if you turn up late they won’t be around to turn it on til the morning. Owner was happy for us to arrive at night and settle cost in the cricket clubhouse in the morning, cheeky drinks available in clubhouse.
Great place. The shower was brilliant and just a short walk to the woolpack. I will come here again.
Plenty of clean showers and toilets. the woolpack pub up the road has excellent food. would defiantly come again.
Now £11 night 2 people plus £2.50 electric. Use of sports club showers and toilets. Toilet dump and fresh water. Nice setting. Little road noise. Paul the caretaker is very helpful. Nice walks in area and village used to be setting for Emnerdale series. Access via Station Road only then bear right in village and right on Ruth Close.
Petit camping à côté d'un club house sportif ouvert le soir, patron très sympa. Pas cher, sanitaires très bien.
