() - Little Cove, Hook Lighthouse

Großartige Stellplätze mit tollem Ausblick - allerdings ist es stellenweise schon echt dreist, was irische Womo-Leute hier veranstalten: Markise, Tisch, Stühle, mobile Sichtbegrenzung wie am Strand etc. Das ist tatsächlich keine diskrete Stellplatznutzung mehr, sondern Camping. So wird es wohl irgendwann komplett verboten sein, hier zu stehen.

Lieu à mettre en favori . Pas encore de panneau d’interdiction de passer la nuit . Proche de la route en cul de sac .

Magnifique endroit, peu de places (3 camions max). Assez calme, avec le bruit des vagues pour dormir.

Sulla stessa strada proseguendo verso il faro, a lato strada, piazzola solo per un camper. Tranquillo anche durante la notte e vista splendida sulla costa.

Absolute dream of a spot, at the lighthouse and rocky shore. Magical.

We decided to park here as the views were fantastic, we also ensured we walked to the lighthouse for a coffee and something to eat. The area we parked in was clean and tidy but uneven. Some small rubbish which we picked up (leave no trace) unfortunately there was rubbish, toilet paper on the point where people set up tents or go fishing, which I am sure we get the blame for.

A little bumpy, slightly sloping, very dark (lol) but I'm so grateful to get to spend a night near the lighthouse and the sounds of rolling waves. Some of the bad boys and girls in our community have ensured that other, better places near the lighthouse are now off-limits for overnight parking, so visit here soon before they complete their work and have this one taken away also!

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Hook Leuchtturm. Weg dahin / Gegend allgemein sehr schön. Wellengeräusche hörbar (nicht störend). Ansonsten ruhiger Stellplatz.

Here at the moment, beautiful, quiet night, got bit windy last night, we have one neighbour who here since Thursday 3/08 no problems at all 7.5 meter CVan traffic usual with visitors to Lighthouse, divers,fishermen, great coves for a sea swim. really magical place, Please Leave no Litter behind so this Spot can be here for the future!

Une vue magnifique sur la mer et le phare. De petits chemins sont existants pour parcourir la côte le long des falaises de couleurs noires. Pas trop de vent quand j'y étais (hier soir). Quelques pêcheurs le soir, habitués et touristes dans la journée. J'y ai passé un belle nuit bercée par le son des vagues. Je ne voulais plus partir, ce spot est splendide

11 Juillet, 17h30, nous sommes les premiers à part une voiture. La vue est splendide, les vagues se brisent sur les rochers, le soleil brille... il y a en fait de la place pour 2 véhicules.

Un spot exceptionnel d'autant plus que nous étions tout seul à en profiter ! Le phare, les vagues qui se brisent sur les rochers, le soleil... nous avons eu la chance d'un spectacle exceptionnel. Un coin à préserver.

Emplacement très petit et déjà pris d’assaut ce samedi soir. Coucher de soleil magnifique !

one of our favorite stop overs. there was only one other camper next to us for the night and the place was very calm other than some local traffic until 11pm. there were about 3 campers right up at the base of the lighthouse as well but signage not allowing campers in the spots between here and the lighthouse. looks like it's closely watched and enforced.

Great spot but can be quite breezy. No facilities but light house cafe and toilet nearby during hours.

Lovely spot with both a great view of the lighthouse and the cove and sea beyond (if you are able to park your van in the right spot).

Bel endroit. Le week-end pris d’assaut par les plongeurs. Stationnement anarchique, au mépris de la circulation des véhicules déjà parqués.

Bout au vent, face à l'océan, dans les embruns et la pluie. Que du bonheur.

Ruhiger und schöner Stellplatz direkt am Wasser und einem großem Leuchtturm. Offene Toiletten dort während der Öffnungszeiten, sonst kein Service vorhanden. Abends wird es ruhig, wenn die Tagestouristen weg sind.
