The spot did not give the best first impression with trash and water puddles. One of the apartments closest to the parking lot played loud music in a speaker outside from we arrived at 17.00 and until 20.00, but after that we was a nice and quiet night. Nice to take a walk along the beach. No information about payment and the parking lines are barely visible.
Free during off-season. Plenty of space and direct beach access. Great spot!

Plenty of space there, free in winter. Not completely flat, but spacious enough that you can choose a good spot (note: when it rains heavily, area close to the beach gets flooded). Bright lighting at night. Some cars drive past, turn around here, come and go. But nobody bothered us. Slept undisturbed in the company of other campers and the sound of the waves. Good mobile phone reception.
Er reed verrassend veel verkeer langs in de avond (een woensdag). Ook auto's die heel langzaam langs onze camper reden en toen ze zagen dat we erin zaten reden ze door. Bij een andere camper stond een man naar binnen te staren. Maar in de nacht was het gelukkig wel rustig. Je loopt zo het strand op. Perfecte plek voor een zonsondergang op het strand.
Arrived mid October, very peaceful, only 2 other campers and plenty of space, perfect for a good nights sleep and to wake up to the sea view. All of this for free.

Also Geld hat es keins gekostet. Wirklich super ruhig super sicher super sauber den Strand direkt vor der Nase. Wirklich eine top Location. Bringt bisschen Katzenfutter mit
unter der woche sehr ruhig, am sonntag nicht zu empfehlen mitte märz. es kommen sehr viele einheimische, parken hier und gehen an den strand. sehr laute musik inklusive. wir sind auf den bezahlten stellplatz nebenan, wunderbar :) p.s. bei starkregen steht der halbe parkplatz hier unter wasser
Wir haben unter der Woche sehr ruhig geschlafen. Die Plätze sind alle sehr gerade & wir hatten nicht das Gefühl jemanden zu stören. Von hier aus zu Fuss in ca. 30min, dem Strand entlang zu den "weissen Treppen". Auch bei uns kam der "Abfallmann" am Morgen. Super netter Kerl & eine gute Idee! Stand sauber und schöne Aussicht. Wir würden wieder kommen.
Wir haben eine Nacht hier verbracht. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Der Platz ist relativ sauber und ruhig. Am Morgen kam ein freundlicher Herr der sogar unseren Müll mitgenommen hat.

Very quiet and nice spot well groomed and clean. We’ve only stopped for a break but it’s more than good to stay the night. Free no services and no signs to say you can’t stay. Great beach too :)
Abbiamo passato una notte qui posto molto tranquillo.
vista stupenda con spiaggia, illuminato durante la notte. soggiornato sono una notte. sconsigliato fine settimana e durante la stagione estiva. possibilità di visitare la scala dei turchi con passeggiata lungo la spiaggia a 2 km di distanza verso Ovest.
bon parking en front de mer. Ce soir nous étions 2, et l'aire à côté était complète. pas mal de voitures qui viennent pour la plage, et pas mal de passage jusqu'à minuit, puis très calme. nous sommes allé à pied aux escaliers des turcs. par la plage c'est une bien belle balade de 5 kms aller-retour. Très bien hors saison.

Passata una sola notte ad agosto perché tutto il resto intorno era pieno…. Di notte mediamente tranquillo ma la mattina i parcheggiatori bussano letteralmente per farti spostare senza troppi giri di parole!!!! ATTENZIONE!!!
Ein sehr schöner Platz direkt am Strand. Wir verbrachten mit drei anderen Wohnmobilen eine ruhige Nacht. Schöne Stranpromenade mit vielen Parkbänken. Bars im Moment (noch) geschlossen. Der lange Strand ist ideal für einen langen Spaziergang. Ein Bauer kam und hat frisches Gemüse verkauft.

No esta mal , para dormir un lugar nivelado a 25 min andando por la playa hacia la cala del turchi. Por la mañana hay que pagar 10€ a un vigilante que pasa por la van a cobrar amablemente.No se puede pedir más… si eres un finoli lo mejor es que vayas al camping de al lado.

Dormito una notte (sabato) musica e botti finali, ma comunque posto consigliato per una notte, se non fosse per sporcizia sarebbe davvero bello.
Eine ruhige Nacht verbracht, abends nur einige Autos mit Personen am mobilphone drin. Keine Abfalleimer, Platz für Sizilien aber sauber. Empfohlen!
Ottimo parcheggio..ci siamo fermati tre notti illuminato,ogni tanto passa la polizia,abbiamo potuto lasciare il camper con tutta tranquillità x visitare la scala dei turchi ed il paese di Porto Empedocle camminando lungo la spiaggia,bella vista fronte mare e bellissima è l alba...meglio parcheggiare verso la spiaggia tenendo la sx nei dintorni posteggi x bus ...
nous y avons passé deux nuits au calme un samedi et dimanche soir quelques passages de voitures mais rien de gênant la police est passée et n a rien dit bonne alternative aux aires payantes pour visiter la salca dei turchi et la vallée des Temples

Parking calme, grande places, nous étions plusieurs campeurs , nous avons pas vue de panneaux , aucun problème avec la police qui est passée.
We arrived and left after a few hours as the owner of one of the houses backing onto the car park were playing music loudly. It was quiet in the car park down the road

Anche se senza servizi é un parcheggio fronte mare tranquillissimo e gratis. Nelle vicinanze c'è un'ottima pizzeria e poco più avanti bar e tabaccheria. Consigliato.
Parcheggio per evitare tutte le aree camper a pagamento. in piano, zero servizi, ma davanti al mare e tranquillissimo. a 20 minuti a piedi scala dei turchi. porto Empedocle vicinissimo a piedi. consigliato se non volete spendere soldi nelle aree camper.

L'esperienza che un viaggiatore vero non dovrebbe mai fare, un recinto assolato e troppo affollato, niente verde, nessuna professionalità dei gestori, unico punto positivo è nel camper service assolutamente dignitoso.
Ruhige Nacht, allerdings kostet parken dort nun 5€ für einen PKW, 10€ für Camper. Wir haben mit dem dubiosen Parkwart verhandelt und nur 5 bezahlt. Der Parkplatz ist sehr hell beleuchtet die ganze Nacht, relativ viel Müll. Zu Fuß sind es ca 30 min am Strand entlang zur Scala dei Turchi.
Nuit sans problème ( fourgon) et calme contrairement à l'aire située un peu plus loin le long de la route. Un fourgon italien y stationne au mois. .
Et un bon petit procès verbal à 50 €, il est vrai qu'il est stipulé interdit camping, caravane mais pas camping-car mais c'est quand même 50€
Parked here for a quiet night nice view out to see. flat tarmac car park but lots of litter as always. easy walk to the Turkish steps.
Attention! Meanwhile, February 2019, there is a sign stating that campervans are NOT allowed to park here! Generally not allowed, not only during the night. Despite this sign, which I honestly did not notice at arrival, but just at departure, I spend two quiet nights here. Direct access to the beach and a 20- 30min walk to the Scala dei Turchi. During day and evening some cars pass by, calm during the night. No police, no issues despite the sign. Parking at your own risk.

WARNING 'NO Camper' signs now in place! However we stayed 1 night nice and silent here. No facilities, internet from hotel not strong enough.
Parking à plat et proche de la plage. Calme le soir (sauf lors de notre passage en raison d’un mariage dans l’hôtel à côté...) et propre. Plage sympa. Pour accéder au parking, privilégiez la route à l’Est qui longe la mer car la route principale est séparée en deux par une borne centrale qui empêche de tourner à gauche en arrivant de l’Est (nécessite de faire un détour pour faire demi-tour plus loin sur la route). Pas de souci en arrivant de l’Ouest. Aucun service. Le mot de passe du wifi de l’hôtel est villaromana2010.
Goede plek op asfalt naast een enorm zand strand. In 30 minuten loop je via het strand naar de witte krijt rotsen. Rustig geslapen. Plaats is goed toegankelijk met een camper van 7 meter.
Pas d'interdiction ni de paiement en août. Calme dès 22h. Plage et parking super propres. Super plan à 10km de la vallée des temples.
Endroit calme. Avons passé une nuit sans problème.
Vaste parking en bord de mer et à l'écart des axes passagers. Y avons passé une nuit très calme (4 camping-cars présents), le bruit des vagues en fond sonore. Aucunes limitations ni interdictions visibles. Gratuit. Aucun service mais mieux placé que l'aire pour camping-cars toute proche qui, elle, est située en bord de route.
