Nice little spot to park for free,we got the last space but didn’t get here till 10pm so was Lucky really! Would be a lovely spot in better weather,was windy and raining in the morning so had a quick walk round and moved on!
Parking directement sur la marina, sans restrictions ni frais. Vue sur le château de Caernarfon et restaurants sur la marina.

paulahowells16/11/2025Felt privileged to get a spot here, thanks to a friendly local who moved over to allow us to get in. Great location, shopped in the town the Saturday vibe was good with craft Market & van selling cheesecakes. Enjoyed local hospitality as the sun went down. Free park up. Happy bunnies.

Fantastic free overnight stop over. We parked up our 7m van no problem but anything bigger will struggle. Very peaceful and great views. Felt very safe. Car parking got full by around 5pm then some spaces became available around 9pm. Public toilet located 5 mins walk away. Lovely choice of traditional pubs within the castle walls 3 mins away!

Managed to get a 7m van parked up- not easy to turn a big van around if no spaces.definitely suited to small vans. But lovely spot, getting buffered by the winds, but lovely view

Had a very quiet night here with the sound of birds in the background and a fantastic view. There are a few places for big vans (mine is 7.2m) on the left às you enter the car park. I’d recommend to be as stealthy as you can.
SkipperMacz23/07/2025Very small car park only suitable for smaller camper vans. We drove in with our 6.3m motorhome and was only able to turn due to one empty space.

Arrived here and there is no barrier and no signs to say you can’t stay overnight. Met a lovely woman in a camper who was just leaving. She also confirmed that there’s no restrictions and that some other campers had not long left. (The sailing club has signs for members parking only but that is for the spaces directly outside the club).

I am planning on using here in a few days will post again once I have but like previous comment if anyone knows for sure would love that info, cheers.

can you 100% park over night here? north signs anywhere at all ? open and barriers so im guessing? any feedback anyone ? cheers
