Lovely little stop. Road reasonably busy but didn’t affect me much. I camped here on my “One tank challenge” youtube video in my Suzuki Jimny. I never saw a soul while I was there. Ground slightly Sloping downhill but not to much. I ended up driving a few minutes down the road in the morning to visit Denge sound mirrors. Well worth a visit.
Sehr gut für eine Nacht. Ab 23 Uhr kein Verkehr mehr. Morgens kam ein PKW und stellte sich auf den Platz. Störte nicht. Alles sauber, kein Müll. Ab vier Uhr wurde es sehr windig und wir wurden ordentlich durchgeschaukelt. Man steht sehr exponiert. 2-3 Vans passen dort mit Sicherheit hin. Auch für längere Fahrzeuge (länger 6,40m) geeignet.
Habe hier eine ungestörte Nacht verbracht.Bis 23:00Uhr und ab 05:30Uhr ist hier an einem Werktag viel Verkehr.Wenn clever geparkt wird passen hier auch 3-4 Camper hin.Nachts war es stockdunkel mit tollem Blick auf die Lichter des Flughafens und des Kraftwerks.Für eine Nacht ok.
Great spot for a quiet overnight park up - half an hour’s walk to the sound mirrors.. well worth it!
Perfect. So quiet at night, no restrictions and no bother. A few dog walkers park here in the morning but they seem so friendly here compared to what I’m used to in Surrey. A short walk or drive to the beach
Don't know why this has come up as daytime only parking. I spent two nights there recently with no problems. There are no signs prohibiting overnighting.
