On a passé une nuit en redescendant vers la France. Un endroit magnifique, calme. On entend juste les bruits des animaux. On était seuls. Jenna est charmante et nous a accueilli à bras ouverts. Vaut largement les 10£ demandées.
Vous êtes les bienvenus dans notre magnifique et paisible chambre d'hôtes des Pennines du Nord. Seuls le chant des oiseaux et le murmure de l'eau du ruisseau qui traverse le jardin vous dérangeront. Parking sur herbe (si le temps le permet) ou sur sol dur, avec une seule prise électrique. Deux chiens maximum sont autorisés, tenus en laisse en permanence en raison de la présence de moutons, de canards, etc.
Paiement en espèces uniquement en raison de la faible couverture téléphonique et internet.

You are very welcome to park at our beautiful and peaceful bed and breakfast in the North Pennines. The only disturbance you'll have will be the birdsong and the sound of water from the gentle stream that runs through the garden. Grass parking, (weather permitting), or hard standing in our carpark. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, must be kept on leads at all times due to sheep, ducks etc.
Cash payment only due to poor phone and Internet signal.

Sie sind herzlich eingeladen, in unserer schönen und ruhigen Pension in den North Pennines zu parken. Die einzigen Störungen sind Vogelgezwitscher und das Rauschen des sanften Bachs, der durch den Garten fließt. Der Parkplatz ist entweder auf Gras (wetterabhängig) oder auf befestigtem Untergrund mit nur einem Stromanschluss verfügbar. Maximal zwei Hunde sind erlaubt. Wegen Schafen, Enten usw. müssen sie stets an der Leine geführt werden.
Nur Barzahlung wegen des schlechten Telefon- und Internetempfangs.

U bent van harte welkom in onze prachtige en rustige bed & breakfast in de North Pennines. Alleen het gezang van de vogels en het kabbelen van de beek die door de tuin stroomt, zullen u storen. Parkeren is op gras (afhankelijk van het weer) of verharde ondergrond, met één stopcontact. Maximaal twee honden zijn toegestaan, maar moeten te allen tijde aangelijnd zijn vanwege de aanwezigheid van schapen, eenden, enz.
Alleen contante betaling vanwege slechte telefoon- en internetdekking.

annielinda9921/05/2025Such a gem! We stayed three nights. Lovely small flat site, in beautiful countryside. An abundance of birdlife to watch from thoughfully placed benches and picnic tables, especially around a large wildlife pond. Very friendly owners and extremely reasonably priced. Had exactly the services we needed - a water tap and toilet. If only there were more sites like this!!!

Had a lovely stay a few weeks ago, we were the first people to stay!! Amazing no complaints from us, would defo recommend. Stayed in a roof tent and called up last min and they were more than happy to take us
stiggy7620/04/2025Just stop here 19-04-25,Jenna & Martin very welcoming and Friendly,Lovely little site,just out side Edmundbyres,little walk to 2 pubs,Derwent arms very nice food and welcoming,would totally recommend this site £10 for night bargain,24 hour toilet,Nice to hear the birds and the flow of the little stream,I certainly will visit again in my Roof tent,Thank you Stephen
