A nice quiet night next to the river (which looks like it can flood the parking area at very high tides). Unfortunately we didn't see the signs until the morning and neither of the two locals who were tending their boats in the evening mentioned the prohibition on camping.

We stayed in this lovely spot and had no trouble at all with noise from the road. We were the only camper van parked there, but there was plenty of space for a larger camper van or 2 small campers. There was even a little boat in the river, it was so picturesque.
