I would avoid it unless you like the area you're in to be littered with beer cans and fast food wrappers and where the couple in the next vehicle are having an extra marital "liaison". Also where a carful of teenage people are taking drugs. I pity the wildlife...
No more overnight.. but you can next door at premier inn.
You can park for free, but no overnight camping. Nice walk around QEll Country Park.

Did the job! You're not there for the beauty of the place so provides everything else in terms of flat, quiet parking.
Perfect stop. Great phone signal and a beautiful lake to walk round. Pub right there if you want it, lots of space.
excellent parking area, like a proper Aire. Parking on gravel hardstanding next to a pub and hotel with excellent views over the lake. *update* Now no overnight parking. Boo.
Very nice, river was beautiful. Only bad thing was the swans were a little noisy.

Decent stopover nice views of the lake. Brewer's Fayre nearby. No facilities. Nice walks round the lake. Other motorhomes / small lorries.
Not the most scenic but a decent dog walk round the lake, and never had any bother staying here. Little bit of round noise but not horrendous.
Je défie quiconque de me prouver que c'est un lieu en pleine nature.... !!! nous y sommes allés et reparti aussitôt. le fait qu il y ai des cygne ne fait pas de cet endroit un lieu en pleine nature! c est un simple parking d un hôtel. sans compter sur les gros trous et nids de poules que vous avez, si vous souhaitez vous y installer un peu en retrait ! passable pour une urgence !
Really pleasant. Lots of room with a separate part of the car park well away from the hotel. Lake on hand for fishing and canoeing (with permit, telephone number on notice board.) with a pleasant walk around it. Swimming prohibited. No services.
