En 2015, Viviana Bortolussi a décidé de donner vie à son rêve en démarrant la production de haricots borlotti, de légumes 0 km et d'une ferme d'escargots avec environ 7 hectares de terrain. Elle, qui a grandi en ville, étudié l'agriculture et travaillé dans la région de Cuneo, a passé ses plus beaux moments dans les champs accompagnés du parfum que seuls les fruits de la terre peuvent donner.
Viviana prend soin de ses hôtes spontanément, dans la ferme élégante et sobre construite en bâtiment écologique (panneaux solaires, lumières à faible consommation intégrées à un système photovoltaïque, plâtre et couleurs naturelles) entourée d'un grand jardin où, pendant les chaudes journées de printemps, il est possible de prendre le petit-déjeuner. Séparé du reste de la maison, le BED AND BREAKFAST dispose d'une entrée totalement indépendante pour un séjour sur mesure, avec deux chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain, équipées de la climatisation, d'un système WI-FI gratuit et d'une salle de petit-déjeuner. L'emplacement permet à ceux qui séjournent de profiter d'agréables moments de calme et de détente en pleine nature, ainsi que de pouvoir réaliser diverses activités dans les environs, notamment : l'équitation, la pêche, le vélo et diverses excursions dans la belle région du Canavese. .

In 2015 Viviana Bortolussi decided to give life to her dream by starting the production of borlotti beans, 0 km vegetables and a snail farm with approximately 7 hectares of land. She, who had grown up in the city, studied agriculture and worked in the Cuneo area, had spent her most beautiful moments in the fields accompanied by the scent that only the fruits of the earth can give.
Viviana takes care of the guest spontaneously, in the elegant and sober farm built in green building (solar panels, low consumption lights integrated with a photovoltaic system, plaster and natural colours) surrounded by a large garden where on warm spring days it is possible to have breakfast. Separated from the rest of the house, the BED AND BREAKFAST has a completely independent entrance for a tailor-made stay, with two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, equipped with air conditioning, free WI-FI system and a breakfast room. The location allows those who stay to enjoy pleasant moments of quiet and relaxation in the open countryside, as well as being able to carry out various activities in the surrounding area, including: horse riding, fishing, cycling and various excursions in the beautiful Canavese area

Im Jahr 2015 beschloss Viviana Bortolussi, ihren Traum zu verwirklichen, indem sie mit der Produktion von Borlotti-Bohnen, 0 km-Gemüse und einer Schneckenfarm mit rund 7 Hektar Land begann. Sie, die in der Stadt aufgewachsen war, Landwirtschaft studiert und in der Gegend von Cuneo gearbeitet hatte, hatte ihre schönsten Momente auf den Feldern verbracht, begleitet von dem Duft, den nur die Früchte der Erde verströmen können.
Viviana kümmert sich spontan um den Gast, in der eleganten und schlichten Farm, die in einem umweltfreundlichen Gebäude gebaut ist (Sonnenkollektoren, energiesparende, in eine Photovoltaikanlage integrierte Beleuchtung, Putz und natürliche Farben), umgeben von einem großen Garten, wo man an warmen Frühlingstagen entspannen kann frühstücken. Vom Rest des Hauses getrennt, verfügt das BED AND BREAKFAST über einen völlig unabhängigen Eingang für einen maßgeschneiderten Aufenthalt, mit zwei Schlafzimmern, jedes mit eigenem Bad, ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, kostenlosem WLAN-System und einem Frühstücksraum. Die Lage ermöglicht es den Gästen, angenehme Momente der Ruhe und Entspannung in der freien Natur zu genießen und außerdem verschiedene Aktivitäten in der Umgebung durchzuführen, darunter Reiten, Angeln, Radfahren und verschiedene Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Gegend von Canavese .

Nel 2015 Viviana Bortolussi decide di dare vita al suo sogno avviando la produzione di fagioli borlotti, verdure a km0 ed un allevamento di lumache con circa 7 ettari di terra. Lei, che era cresciuta in città, studiato agraria e lavorato nel cuneese, nei campi aveva trascorso i suoi momenti più belli accompagnata dal profumo che solo i frutti della terra sanno dare.
Viviana si prende cura dell'ospite con spontaneità, nell’azienda agricola elegante e sobria realizzata in bioedilizia (pannelli solari, luci a basso consumo integrate da sistema fotovoltaico, intonaci e colori naturali) contornata da un ampio giardino dove nelle tiepide giornate primaverili è possibile fare colazione. Separato dal resto della casa, il BED AND BREAKFAST ha l’ingresso completamente indipendente per un soggiorno su misura, con due camere ognuna con il proprio bagno, dotate di aria condizionata, sistema WI-FI gratuito e una sala per la colazione. La posizione consente, a chi soggiorna, di godere di  gradevoli momenti di quiete e relax in aperta campagna,nonché di poter effettuare varie attività presenti nei dintorni, tra le quali: equitazione ,pesca, passeggiate in bicicletta e varie escursioni nel bellissimo territorio canavesano.
