Google Maps oui. Au bout du parking, dans un parterre de jardin, il y a deux robinets d'eau, et vous pouvez évacuer les eaux grises dans un grand drain qui court d'un bout à l'autre du parking.

Al final del pk, en un parterre ajardinado hay dos grifos de agua, y puedes descargar aguas grises en un amplio desagüe que va de punta a punta del parking

It's a good & safe place about 15 mins walk from the centre. Park at the end & you won't hear much traffic. Planes fly over till about midnight & start at 7. Cost us £12 - 7pm till 10am. Don't use the water tap!. I was told in no uncertain terms it wasn't to be used!

Very well located parking ot visit the old part of Cluj Napoka. It was on main boulevard and was noisy, therefore we didn’t sleep. The already price is 4 RON/h including on Sunday.
Très bien situé mais absolument pas adapté au grand camping car (7.2m)
