Located on the Alsace Wine Route at the northern entrance to Eguisheim, with its ramparts and castle voted the most beautiful village in France, Eguisheim is also a four-star "flowering village" and a favorite among the French. Colmar train station (4.7 km) and the city center are accessible via a cycle path through the countryside. Parking is available in a tree-lined courtyard on the south side of the buildings, offering panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards and castles. A reception desk provides practical and tourist information for motorhomes and other vehicles. Reception is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
