I’m not sure it’s public, it’s inside the grounds of a private port, completely fenced. The door is open so we drove in and parked next to the toilets cabin ( on the far right after the entry), then we used it to empty the k7. It’s good because the public toilets next to the beach and the 3 Parking’s (3kms ahead) was closed.
