Buen sitio para pernocta, dada la dificultad de aparcamiento en la ciudad. Polígono industrial alejado del centro, con linea bus (L4). Polígono con actividad, iluminación y vigilancia, lo que da sensación de seguridad. Un poco ruidoso debido a algún taller. No está solitario.
