A warning! This is a great park up but beware! It's covered by unforgiving APNR cameras so you must pay for every minute, namely up to 22.00, again for 22.00 to 07.00, then after 07.00 am. I've just found out the hard way with a £60 fine for leaving at 07.52. Paid twice the night before but forgot the 7.00 am "top up". Doubt if it's worth appealing as rules are rules.

Lovely quiet car park- loads of space- right next to the beach- undisturbed all night- only one other van

  • 4/5

Huge carpark, right by the beach. Have to remember to pay at 10pm for the overnight charge but only £2. Toilets at the cafe open but not all night

Absolutely lovely spot to stop for the night. Cocktail bar on the beach is picturesque. especially with a frozen kiwi daccari ;) What none of the 100 parking signs explain very well is that you have to wait for it to tick over to 10pm to pay for the nights parking or to extend your stay overnight on Ringgo. But would absolutely recommend as a stop if you're in the area. x

Il posto è molto tranquillo e si puo pernottare anche se ci sono dei cartelli molto vecchi che lo vietano. La strada per raggiungere il parcheggio è molto stretta, non adatta ai deboli di cuore. Il parcheggio è a pagamento.

Stayed here 4 nights. Really quiet with no issues. Beach and beach bar less than 2mins away. We paid £20 for a week works out cheaper. There are ‘no camper over night’ signs these are very old and worn.

RingGo car park - Looe. I see Devon123 used this car park and parked overnight, anyone else found this OK ?

Can park over night but there are signs saying no overnight camping. There are red and white signs which look like they have been there for some time

Quiet Car Park, payed £6.50 up until 10pm then an additional £2 until 7am. Beach is 2 mins walk away from Carpark and there’s a Beach Shack with toilets (doesn’t open until 9am)

Didn't use the carpark as it's free in the winter months on the road next to it. Did look flat and big though. 3 vans were parked in there, obviously had stayed overnight when I arrived

Lovely place - beach quiet - check out of season to see if cafe:bar open. I intend to pay £20 for the week which makes it very cheap parking and use it as a base - if you park at the bottom end you would get lovely views of the beach. From here you can access quite a few places we drove to polperro bude wide mouth bay fowey Plymouth and Bodmin (lovely weatherspoons) all within an hour drive

Great place to stop over. Nice walk along to coastal path into looe. We arrived in the dark and did notice a sign the next day, very faded and not near the entry (over by the exit to the beach) that says no overnight however no way that can be enforced as you really can’t see it. Out of season we also noticed the next day that you can park on the road, making it free!

Just stopped during the day. Possible over night. Beach is not dog friendly, only allowed on 9pm-6am so not suitable for us. None of the toilets locked and one had a hole punched in the wall. Fine if you want to go for a walk but not for a day on the beach. Narrow road leads to it.

Looks great on the photos but quite run down. We arrived late afternoon but couldn't park on road till 6pm as too busy, so £6 until 10pm, then £2 overnight till 7am. Set alarm, tried to pay by app, no joy so had to get dressed and walk over to machine, so £13.50 total. Basic bar on beach was ok, we just had 2 pints.VERY noisy from 7am, car doors slamming, bin men etc. Recycling bins and water tap

Great spot . Flat large car park £20 for the week £40 for the month ! . Walk into Looe no signs saying no overnight . And free wifi !

  • 5/5

Great large flat car park, great idea to park outside and then enter at 10pm as bellows comment. That said it’s level and a super quiet place for the night not bad for £6.00 + £2.00 for all day and night -bar was good too looking out over the sea, made a great evening of it

  • 4/5

Flat, big car park, with direct access to the beach. As we were in low season we parked on the road until 10pm to access the £2 overnight price. I suspect this wouldn’t be possible in the summer and it does get expensive parking outside the 10pm-7am window. Close to a cafe (closed atm) and a great bar serving until 10pm with toilets open until closing.

We stayed here last night, very quiet spot. We payed £2 for overnight and the extra hours parking we stayed. There are Recycling bins but nothing else would be alright for a quick nights stopover

  • 5/5

Arrived at 10pm. No through road, so very quiet. Paid £2 to stay until 7am. Can pay more to stay after 7am.
