Camping géré par le parc du centre-ville de Kelburn. Terrain très agréable, légèrement en pente mais on peut trouver une place pour se tenir sur un terrain plat. Une vingtaine d'emplacements pour camping-cars et vans avec branchements électriques et une pelouse pour tentes. Sanitaires partagés avec le parc, mais douches exclusives pour les campeurs (il y a un code). Prix très compétitif (20£ deux personnes avec van et électricité). Super accueil.
Campsite managed by the Kelburn country center park. Very pleasant, slightly sloping ground but you can find a place to stand on level ground. About twenty places for campers and vans with electrical connections and a lawn for tents. Bathrooms shared with the park, but exclusive showers for campers (there is a code). Very competitive price (£ 20 two people with van and electricity). Great welcome.
Vom Kelburn Country Center Park verwalteter Campingplatz. Sehr angenehmes, leicht abfallendes Gelände, aber auf ebenem Boden findet man einen Platz zum Stehen. Etwa zwanzig Stellplätze für Wohnmobile und Transporter mit Stromanschluss und Rasenfläche für Zelte. Badezimmer werden mit dem Park geteilt, aber exklusive Duschen für Camper (es gibt einen Code). Sehr konkurrenzfähiger Preis (£ 20 zwei Personen mit Van und Strom). Toller Empfang.
Campeggio gestito dal parco Kelburn country centre. Molto piacevole, terreno un po’ in pendenza ma si riesce a trovare un posto dove piazzarsi in piano. Una ventina di posti per camper e van con attacco elettrico e un prato per le tende. Bagni condivisi col parco, ma docce esclusive per i campeggiatori (c’è un codice). Prezzo molto competitivo (20 sterline due persone con van e elettricità). Ottima accoglienza.

Toller Platz in der Natur mit Meerblick. Die Plätze sind leicht schräg aber mit Keilen ausgleichbar. Im Shop, am Ende der Zufahrt links, kann man bezahlen und bekommt den Code für das Sanitärhäuschen. Alles perfekt sauber!!!Wohnmobil, 2 Personen, 1 Nacht für 25,- Pfund. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!
Tried calling throughout the day, no answer. Arrived to find no one there, checked online and all booked up but only 3 vans there. Around 15 spaces empty. Could have just hooked up and stayed but not worth the chance. Moved to another one very close by.

Haben hier eine Nacht auf der Durchreise verbracht, schöner Stellplatz, alle Plätze ein wenig abschüssig, Sanitäranlagen etwas entfernt aber gut ausgestattet und sauber. Online-Buchung problemlos, Schöne Umgebung und tolle Aussicht.
Schöner, ruhiger Campingplatz, online Buchung und online Bezahlung möglich, Klos und jeweils eine Dusche für männlich und weiblich ca 500m Fußweg entfernt aber sauber und funktioniert. Aussicht aufs Meer, ab und zu Veranstaltungen, dies lässt sich aber auf der Website des Platzes einsehen
£25 p/n including EHU. Nice campsite, great views out towards Arran. Quiet enough, clean facilities and good showers. Pot washing area also. Pitches aren’t that level however we were fine without chocks. The facilities are about 2 minute walk from the pitches was the only drawback however good value for money. Few minutes drive from Largs / Fairlie.
Called in for a service stop was asked to just pay the normal day parking rate of £7 by the lovely lady on the entrance, once we got sorted on our way back out she said as we had paid we were welcome to stop and walk around the grounds, didn’t have time this occasion but we will be back to this site in future. One star down as facilities are basic but so long as you’re aware it’s no issue.
Brilliant stopover, with both ehu or not. The site is basic in itself, but not bad at all. The views across to the isle arran are wonderful and the peace and tranquility does it. £20 p/n for 2 persons without ehu. Brilliant.
Joli petit camping, sur un terrain un peu en pente mais du coup avec une très jolie vue sur la mer en contrebas et tous les reliefs qui parsèment cet horizon, vraiment sympa. Si vous n'avez pas besoin d'électricité, le meilleur emplacement aussi bien pour van que pour tente me semble être le J. Sanitaires un peu éloignés mais propres, réservés aux campeurs par un code d'accès.
Took a last minute trip here for my first ever use of my new Tentbox, Very nice site and a good price, rain the following morning stopped me from exploring the country park but I enjoyed my stay, I just turned up and there was spaces free. Quiet at night but hear the odd train, The camp pitches have very good amount of space too, has all to offer with spaces for all tents, campers and motorhomes.
Schöner Stellplatz am Schloss mit wunderbaren Wanderwegen. Buchung online problemlos möglich. Die Parzellen sind abschüssig, Keile zwingend notwendig. 20£ pro Nacht für 2 Pers. + Hund war in Ordnung. Toiletten und Duschen sind sauber und ausreichend, leider ohne Stromanschluss für einen Föhn. Für 1-2 Nächte eine gute Möglichkeit.
Good basic campsite that gives you the wild camp feel. £10 a night per adult and my dog was free so price is very reasonable. Toilets and showers provided 2 minute walk away. Nice welcome on arrival. Lovely views to enjoy. I’m on non EHU so can position yourself as you like and being a tentbox user this was a bonus. Didn’t give 5 stars as people have created fire pits on grass scarring the land and left an old bbq behind which I’ll remove myself. On a positive note I would recommend.
Nice little site and value for money. I paid £15 for a single person including electric. There’s also a nice view of the sea and mountains. Facilities aren’t great though and you have to walk quite far to get to them. Ground is also very uneven on the campsite, that’s why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Weg dorthin mit großen Womo fürchterlich. Vorort war niemand antreffbar oder tel. erreichbar. Also auf einen freien Platz gestellt, Strom vorhanden. Code für die Toiletten erfragten wir bei anderen Campern. Bezahlt am nächsten Tag bei der Information.
Camping tout simple mais dans un cadre magnifique. Une très belle découverte. vue sur la baie et les îles. Balade dans les bois et a la cascade près du château absolument magnifique. Seul bémol, les toilettes assez éloignées des emplacements. Plein d'activités pour les enfants également si vous voyagez avec eux. Ce site est incroyable. je recommande.
Preislich unschlagbar, wir haben mit einem Dachzelt und zwei Personen £15 bezahlt. Der Platz bietet 3 Wc und eine Dusche pro Geschlecht, für die Grösse des Platzes absolut ausreichend. Die Plätze sind relativ gerade und können frei gewählt werden.
This place is a hidden gem. Such a special, quirky, laid back campsite. Breathtaking views. Lovely staff. Nice pitches. Clean facilities. Lots of nice walks. Dog friendly. Lots to do. Nice pub a 15 minute walk away. Absolute bargain for £15 a night.
A brilliant site for £15!! We loved it. Good facilities and a beautiful view. Don't understand the review about it being bizarre, proper pitches and we were told to pick one. Easy! Make sure to have a walk around the grounds and a visit to the goats!
Lovely view of the water and Arran in the distance. Sloping in places. We reversed in and got a level site. Make sure you visit Largs. Lovely seaside town with plenty of food options and a lovely view of the bay. Waterfall and castle in the grounds.

All a bit bizarre!! To be honest it's a bit of a free for all with people parking, pitching and camping whenever and wherever they want. Cars occupying EHU pitches and noone knowing what's happening because the young lad on the gate told. people to "park wherever"! Beautiful view and great walks but poor facilities and lack of coordination definitely not worth £28 in advance.
Camping à proximité de la mer. Attention les sanitaires sont loin et propres. Nous ne savions pas que nous avions accès à l’électricité. Nous avons payé en ligne 20£ pour 4 personnes : 2 adultes et 2 enfants de moins de 15 ans. Nous avons pu voir une prestation conduite de troupeaux car le berger rentrait ses moutons. Et bonus : buisson de mûres qui nous ont permis de faire 4 pots à confiture !
Slightly sloping pitches but fine with levellers. Facilities in need of upgrade and are located a muddy couple of hundred yards walk from the site itself. Single shower in gents did not drain well. Great views out to Cumbrae/Little Cumbrae/Arran. Admission to Kelburn Park (not Secret Forest) is included so kind of makes up for the poor facilities. Decent for 1 night and not too far from home.
I normally avoid campsites, but this is fantastic. Beautiful glen walk and forest with art… 5 Pound for the car plus 5 pound per person.
Einfacher , aber sehr schöner Platz mit fast unschlagbarer Aussicht. Strom, WC, Müllentsorgung vorhanden. Feuer + Hunde erlaubt. Toller Park drumherum, sodass man mit Kids und/oder Hund noch einen schönen Abenteuer-Spaziergang machen kann. Zehner pro Nacht/Van. Uns gefällt‘s!
Betreutes Freistehen könnte man es nennen. Freies Feld mit Sanitäranlage in Hütte mit Zugang über Code. Rezeption befindet sich abseits beim Castle.
This hidden gem os amazing. Stunning views and amazing surroundings. The facilitets were pretty bad but the cheap price and surroundings made up for it. We stayed 4 nights.
Okay für eine Nacht. Sanitäranlagen in Ordnung. Dusche dürfte sauberer sein. Grosses Feld mit mehreren Plätzen. Strom vorhanden.
Great site with lovely views and decent price. Some nice walks up into the hills, nice toilet/shower block and some pitches have fire pits. Only negative I found was a constant humming/bassy thumping noise noticeable at night, apparently it's drill ships berthed nearby, I found it quite annoying but some others didn't notice it.
