a lovely campsite with the sea just across the road. do not follow sat nav look out for the signs the pub in the village worth a visit but kitchen is closed Mon and Tues

Very nice place to explore the area. One person is present in the morning and evening for registration. 32£ for 6m campervan and 2 adults with dog. Water and electricity at the pitch. Grey water house and washing up area very clean. Delicious evening meal at The Anchor Hotel (within walking distance). Very nice manager!

Camping très agréable en bord de mer ,proche d'un petit port pittoresque. L'accueil est excellent et les sanitaires très propres. Nous avons payé 30£ pour un van et 2 adultes avec électricité Je recommande ce camping pour la tranquillité.
acum31129/08/2024Sehr schön gelegen, unmittelbar am Meer. Sehr freundlich, Sanitäreinrichtungen tadellos. Der Lobster Shop hatte leider schon zu, im Ort gibt es nur ein Hotel mit Pub, da war leider alles reserviert. Also selbst kochen angesagt. Der Platz ist zu empfehlen.

Camping parfait pour les gens qu aiment la simplicité .devant la mer grande étendue de pelouse . .tout prêt du petit port avec son pub anchor. Accueil charmant et sanitaires très propres .

Arrivés après la fermeture, le gérant est revenu pour nous accueillir, douchés et wc propres, espaces pour eau grise et toilettes chimiques, espaces de jeux pour enfants et terrain de cricket pour amuser enfants et lapins sauvages. C’est un petit coin de paradis écossais comme on peut l’imaginer, je recommande fortement ce détour typique. Point bonus : vue directe sur la mer du Nord

Lovely little site right in the village right on the sea front clean and tidy amenities block tents caravans and motorhome £30 night for grass pitch with electric water and waste site has putting park football park tennis court play park bowling green all run by the community great dog walking and local shop pub chip shop store a nice little hidden gem

Sehr schöner Campingplatz direkt am Meer. Für 30 Pfund am Tag alles inklusive. Wäsche waschen und trocknen ist jeweils für 2 Pfund zusätzlich erhältlich.

Wir waren hier für 2 Tage und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. WoMo 7,40m mit 2 Erwachsenen 30 £ pro Tag all in. Empfehlung in der Umgebung: Lobster Shop. 10 min zu Fuß!

Reasonable site run by local community. Touring pitches located between statics. Facilities not the newest, but maintained and clean. Direct access to stoney beach and 10 minute walk to town. However, note that when we visited (early Sept.) local pub did not serve food and seafood shop closed Monday and Tuesday.

What a great campsite. All pitch's are fully serviced and the facility block also has dish and clothes washing facilities. Community ran site with sports facility's available too. Local shop and seafood shop where you can buy fresh lobster and crab etc. The Anchor pub also does some fantastic seafood. Couldn't find a friendly place
vele2719/07/2023Passés cet après midi pour le tarif des services cc. Il n'y avait personne... nous nous sommes permis de les faire mais aucune "honesty box" pour laisser un peu d'argent (idée pour la commune) car vraiment galère pour trouver un endroit où vidander (les campings aux alentours exigeant d'y passer forcément une nuit... Peu habitués à cette pratique). Merci pour l'accès donc.

absolutely beautiful campsite run by the community very friendly and fully recommend you can buy fresh lobster, if u cone head to the harbour turn left and keep driving and its on the left beautiful quiet site good for a base to explore
