So disappointed to read this facility has prohibited motorhomes from staying overnight. Could they not just put up a sign to say a fine will be charged if facility is not used properly. Popped over to Lidl and asked if we could stay there, absolutely they said no problem so all was good in the end. Bonus will get some shopping in the morning too. Thanks Lidl.
So gutted that this is not a stopover any longer, why are certain people so inconsiderate? loved staying here for everything Fort William has to offer but especially for security..please council re-consider for the majority don't let the minority win AGAIN
Loved staying here. Saw folk with chairs, a toilet and a fire pit outside and now it seems overnight stays are prohibited. Sign had changed overnight. What a shame.
Spoke to a warden on arrival, overnight stays are no longer permitted due to the space being abused by inconsiderate motorhome users. Signage next to the payment machine confirms this. Suitable for a day trip in the city centre but otherwise one to miss.
Easy, secure, no facilities. Double check what council permits as understand it’s a trial.
Spoke to the warden here. We have just parked up. This is a trial only by the council. It has only been open a year, and people are abusing it! having fire pits, bbq's, and chairs out. I wish these selfish minority would not ruin it for everyone else! please treat this how it is, show them motorhomers can be an asset to their town!
Decent car park , close to local shops Etc so useful. Shame to see some people using it like a campsite with chairs out & washing hanging on the fences though! It’s not a campsite it’s a car park!
What a bargain! Really close the town centre, right next to Lidl.
Coincido con las reseñas anteriores.Pero se tiene que aparcar dentro de la plaza sin coger dos seguidas si tienes un a autocaravana .Ponen multas de aparcamiento por poner parte del vehículo en la otra plaza aunque las ruedas estén bien en una plaza.
You can see the supermarket on photo number 5. It is a LIDL. Just down the road, two minutes walking there's a McDonald's for coffee and breakfast. There's a Morrisons nearby as well, and a leisure center on the next road for shower at a £ 3 pounds per person. There's everything in here. This is not a parking spot, it is an hotel. Five stars, thank you very much.
Perfect spot! Lots of campervans, there’s a petroleum station across the road where you can take water if you buy something there
Für 5 Gbp ist es ok. Ist sehr ruhig hier. Es stehen ca 15 Camper auf dem Parkplatz.

Lots of spaces for campers and close to the start of the Nevis trail and town centre.
Het blijft een saai parkeerterrein maar direct naast de winkels en veilig, dus een prima uitvalsbasis om even weer van alles in te slaan en de omgeving te verkennen.
Ruhiger Parkplatz hinter Lidl. Für 5£ vollkommen in Ordnung. Achtung: Parkzettel gut sichtbar anbringen, es wird kontrolliert. Reifen müssen sich innerhalb der Parkplatzbegrenzung befinden!!!!
Voor een bezoek aan Fort William en het aanvullen van de boodschappen voorraad, een perfecte plek. Je loopt naar het centrum in 10 minuten en qua boodschappen kun je kiezen waar je ze doet. Voor het uitzicht hoef je hier niet te zijn. Het is een parkeerplaats met uitzicht op de sportclub en diverse winkels.
Parked for 3 hours whilst seeing the town. No issues. 3 major supermarkets close by. A good stop, 10 min walk to town. Would stop again if in this area.

Not as quiet as we’d like, but so much around to do and very cheap. Also felt very safe with the amount of other vans around.
easy to access large spaces. much less busy than other motorhome spaces nearby. Can pay by cash at machine or card using apps
