A bit confusing as they offer Motorhome Parking at £12.50 for 24 hours but the signs say no Sleeping in any vehicle. The Car Park was full when I went and there were Vans there that looked like people were in. I went elsewhere. I’m not sure if it’s a generic council sign and they haven’t removed the sleeping restriction or it’s not enforced. Sleep at your own risk I suppose.
Nice stop over for the pleasure beach, which is only a short 15-20 min walk. Not the quietest - road and a railway line nearby (although trains didn’t run past 11pm or start again until 9am when i stayed Saturday night). Ground is not level at all. Blackpool council have recently permitted overnight sleeping with no camping behaviour. Good to see all vans adhering to the rules whilst there.
Very good parking for the day for our motorhome. 24 hours for £12.50 (no sleeping/camping). Thanks for posting as there isn't alot of parking for motorhomes in the area.
