Petit camping simple et calme au bord de la rivière avec de l'herbe. Belle vue sur la ville. L'accueil a été très agréable. Les installations sont anciennes.

Kleiner, einfacher und ruhiger Campingplatz am Ufer des Flusses mit Gras. Schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt. Der Empfang war sehr nett. Die Einrichtungen sind alt.

such a handy little campsite to explore Monmouth town and the surrounding area on foot. Fabulous curry house, The Jewel, next to the site. There is also the start of a lovely scenic circular walk over fields, passing a lovely cool off in the river for the dogs. The town is great with lots of independent shops and charity shops. The museum is worth a look too.
Absolutely a perfect place to stay in Monmouth. Very well maintained and quiet place with excellent facilities. Don’t just try and park in Monmouth (there are no suitable parking spaces anywhere) stay the night and enjoy all that Monmouth has to offer.
Perfect for what it is, a campsite right in the centre of this lovely old Welsh county town. a great place to recharge your batteries, empty and fill your tanks, shower and shop at the local Waitrose supermarket. Eat at one of the local pubs or get fish and chips. You get a decent space to sit out on the grass. Showers are £1 for 5 minutes.
A very nice little campsite, ideally located right in the Town Centre. Very quiet overnight and a perfect spot to attend the annual Talking Pictures TV event in the Savoy at the top of the town. Now £22 per night without hookup and still great value for the location, as Monmouth is a lovely little town.

Der Platz ist okay, wenn man zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden möchte. Es hat hier vor allem Trailer homes. Die Einrichtungen sind veraltet und es ist schmutzig. 26 £ für 2 Pers mit Van und 2x duschen, finde ich zu viel im Vergleich, was wir sonst angetroffen haben
