Idéalement situé au calme et proche des arrêts de bus. Le parking était très calme en arrivant à 16h et toute la nuit jusque 10h. Pour payer le stationnement avec un numéro français entrer « 0033 » suivi du numéro de téléphone. 3 livres pour la nuit. Le musée quand à lui est ouvert de 10h à 17h et il est gratuit, il est magnifique.

Très bon point de chute pour la nuit. À savoir : le minibus 100 est une navette gratuite entre l'entrée du musée (côté Argyll Street) et le centre ville (vers Merchant City), aux heures d'ouverture du musée. La navette est référencée par Google Map.

Have stayed there for the rate of £3 from 6pm to 8am. Super quiet and green for being in the centre of town with few people. Please, dear people, stick to the times and rules here. You are still officially allowed to stay here overnight, but not to camp. If this is overused, there will soon be a prohibition sign here too, as in so many places. Thank you.

Très bon spot, on a passé une nuit calme tout en étant pourtant très proche du centre ville. on recommande!

Parking idéalement situé pour visiter l’université et ses alentours. Très simple d’accès depuis l’autoroute, pas besoins de traverser le centre ville.

Parfait pour y passer une nuit. Ni eau ni énergie mais pour y stationner et y dormir, c'est très bien. 3 £ la nuit de 18h à 8h. D'autres CC étaient présents. Parking non gardé mais le musée dispose de dizaines de caméras. Quartier très sympa.

Hi all, I used this location to park up for the night Thursday 6th June 2024. There was a cost of £3 for the night 6pm to 8am. It was very quiet and we had a good nights sleep. I’d definitely use this spot again.:-)

Ich schließe mich der Vorrednerin an. Perfekter Stellplatz für eine Nacht in Glasgow, wir haben direkt vor dem Eingang des Museums gestanden. Durch den schönen Park geht es zur U-Bahn (Ringbahn) direkt in die City. Das Museum ist im übrigen kostenfrei zu besuchen. Absolute Empfehlung. Und ganz wichtig: außerhalb der Umweltzone.

Toller ruhiger Parkplatz in der Nähe der Universität. Viele Bars und Restaurants, aber auch tolle Grünflächen nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Mit ÖPNV 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Preise liegen zwischenzeitlich bei 3 Pfund für die 1. h, 10 Pfund für 10 h und 3 Pfund für die Nacht zwischen 18:00-8:00 Uhr. Bezahlung entweder mit Münzen oder via App. Absolute Empfehlung für einen Besuch in Glasgow!

Wir standen hier für insgesamt 3 Tage und Nächte und es ist der perfekte Platz, um Glasgow zu erkunden! Super zentral, gepflegte Grünanlage, nachts beleuchtet, sehr ruhig zum Schlafen, viele Gastronomieangebote in unmittelbarer Nähe, Mülleimer, aber keine öffentlichen Toiletten. Bezahlung am Automaten (nur Münzen!) oder per Ringgo App (sehr einfach!), 8-18h = 10,40£ und 18-8h = 3,40£

We stayed for 2 nights to explore Glasgow and we had no problems at all. We spelt very peacefully and were uninterrupted, it may have been one of the quietest city stops we’ve ever had. It was easy to walk around and visit the botanic gardens and we felt safe to leave our vehicle and walk into the city. Was extremely cheap for such a nice stop over. Bins were the only service. £13.40 for 24 hours.

Fantastic spot with beautiful views. We slept here for 2 nights not bothered at all! Paid for the parking via the app. This came to £3.40 from 6pm - 8am then during the day it was £10. Highly recommend

Pas de problème avec un numéro français de payer via l'application. Il faut juste mettre 0033 avant le 6. Il faut mieux arriver avant 11h car vers 12h ça commence à être plein et ça peut être difficile de se garer pour un long véhicule ou un camping car. J'ai pas dormi là mais à 18h c'était calme. Parking qui évite la Zfe.

Quiet spot for the night in fairly large museum car park. Only 4 other vans there. Cost is £3 for the night ie 6pm to 8am. Local pubs and eateries but quiet for a Thursday night.

Attention, on ne peut payer via l’application qu’avec un numéro anglais. N’ayant pas de monnaie, nous avons dû partir c’est dommage.

Muy recomendable para visitar Glasgow, aunque esta en la otra punta de la Catedral; nosotros íbamos con perros y como no podíamos coger transporte público teníamos un paseo, pero nada que no arregle un pub. El parking es de pago tal y como dicen otros comentarios.

What a privilege to stay in this beautiful central location. Such a contrast from many other cities: eg Carlisle, we couldn't get near. No services (bar museum toilets) but only £3 overnight - and £10.50 for the daytime, as for cars. We only stayed 1 night, or we'd have been locked in by cycle racing road closures. It was peaceful. I was looking forward to a walk through the park next day.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits ici fin juillet, très calme et agréable. 13£ par 24h. Écureuils pas peureux, food truck grec (Mactassos) extra et copieux à proximité. Supers musées (surtout le superbe Riverside accessible à pieds en une vingtaine de minutes maxi) et université à proximité. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce quartier très vert et agréable.

Rustige plaats om te slapen. Dicht bij de stad. Vanuit camper kan je de eekhoorns in het park spotten. Aanrader!

Très bien situé calme pour une bonne nuit après avoir déambulé dans le quartier. Le musée vaut vraiment le détour il est gratuit il ne faut pas s’en priver. Nous avons payé 2£ pour la nuit . Beaucoup plus chers en journée.

Parking payant dans le parc du musée. Très calme avec un peu de passage (quelques promeneurs). Possible d’aller au centre ville en vélo ou à pied depuis le musée. Pas de services ni de toilettes publiques. Toilettes dans le musee quand il est ouvert, un café à proximité. Idéal pour un arrêt rapide à Glasgow.

Très bien placé, quasi désert la nuit, juste derrière le Kelvingrove muséum (magnifique). Quelques passages de promeneur ou joggeurs mais respectueux. Nous y avons dormi sans souci dans notre van. Un autre était garé un peu plus loin. Attention pour l’accès: Google map oriente mal, prendre la voie MUSEUM ONLY sur Kelvin Way.

Clean and safe location. Excellent access to city via bus stop (1 min walk from car park) or subway (10 min walk). Very quiet at night and plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars etc nearby. Local park is lovely to walk/run around and was enjoyed very much by our dog! No services - but £3 overnight is good value.

Wir haben 2 Nächte hier geschlafen, da wir uns anderswo nicht so sicher gefühlt haben. Hier ist alles schön beleuchtet und mit Kameras überwacht. Die Nacht kostet nur 3£. Man kommt mit Bus und Bahn gut in die Innenstadt und kann ganz Glasgow erkunden. Würde jedem empfehlen hier zu schlafen!

Toller Platz. Wir haben 3,40£ für die Nacht per App bezahlt. Wir fühlten uns sehr sicher. Am nächsten Tag sind wir von hier mit der U-Bahn ins Zentrum.

Very nice place, only a few cars at night. We stayed there 3 nights. Still very quiet. Prices: day 10 hours 8am - 6pm 10£, night 6pm-8am 3£. The museum is very nice and free. You can pay with app.

Used this spot first time at weekend great spot close to west end and city centre. Relatively quiet would defo use again

Tried to park there for a couple of hours yesterday while out for dinner but it was closed/with a temp barrier. Managed to park at the nearby student resident car park.

Stayed over last night, kept the pop top down just to be less conspicuous as the area is a thoroughfare at all times and Scotland were playing so expected a few drunken marbles to roam past but no sign. Parked right behind the gallery behind a couple of trees. Area light well enough and safety cameras appeared to be working. Got a great Indian from across the road at Mother India and a pint at brewdog.

Plutôt tranquille en ce moment avec quelques coins d'ombre. Nous avons stationné pendant la journée avant de partir en vélo visiter la ville.
