Lydeard Hill Car park. honesty box payment. lovely view and great walks down to the pub (and then a steep walk back up). Only suitable for vans. Motor homes would not be able to access as the road to the car park is too narrow

Aparcamiento de Lydeard Hill. pago de caja de honestidad. hermosa vista y excelentes caminatas hasta el pub (y luego una caminata empinada de regreso). Solo apto para furgonetas. Las autocaravanas no podrían acceder porque la carretera al aparcamiento es demasiado estrecha.
Parcheggio di Lydeard Hill. pagamento della cassetta dell'onestà. vista incantevole e fantastiche passeggiate fino al pub (e poi una ripida salita). Adatto solo per furgoni. I camper non sarebbero in grado di accedere perché la strada per il parcheggio è troppo stretta
Lydeard Hill-parkeerplaats. eerlijkheid box betaling. prachtig uitzicht en geweldige wandelingen naar de pub (en dan een steile wandeling terug omhoog). Alleen geschikt voor bestelwagens. Campers zouden geen toegang hebben omdat de weg naar de parkeerplaats te smal is

There are some amazing walks you can do, and wild ponies might greet you along the way! Not level, but the views are just stunning. As mentioned the drive up is not for the faint hearted. We loved our time, especially breakfast on the bench in the sunshine. Thanks for sharing.

Really great little spot with great views and relatively quiet. We have a Ford transit custom and we wouldn’t recommend bringing anything bigger due to track size to get here.
No overnight sign. But we did stay the night with no trouble.
Beautiful spot, stayed here a few times and the view is incredible BUT new sign up stating no overnight parking or camping and no fires. Another spot clearly been abused :(
Lovely views no restriction signs, plenty of parking. Extremely narrow road to get to so definitely not suitable for anything bigger than a van.. Lots of dog walkers coming and going. Didn't stay overnight as it was a wooded area and I prefer to be by water. So we drove 10 mins down the road to Lawyers Hill by the reservoir.
