Camping here is frown upon, especially around the fountain, which is heavily used by herd of cattle. Some locals shouted at us in Italian; we didn't understand a word of it, but it wasn't a compliment! Later in the evening we were attacked by a pack of 6 shepard dogs and we were lucky to have gotten out of it unharmed, even though they bit our dog. Never again.
