We needed a halfway stop between the Midlands and Cornwall that could accommodate an 8pm arrival. Rang the guy who owns this site and he was very helpful. Spent a quiet night here and left early morning. It was £15 a night, he did offer water/toilet emptying but I didn't need it. I also got electric hookup included. There was a petrol station at the top of the drive and a town about a mile away.
Very friendly and helpful owner with a great site. Basic but satisfactory, everything an aire should be and good value includes ehu. Excellent location whether arriving in Devon via M5 or just leaving Cornwall and Devon via Exeter and heading back home after enjoying the SW peninsular. This is everything that is missing from the offerings of the over priced local councils in their car parks.

Great place to stop. Easy access from M5, between jct 27and jct 28. Electric hookup, water, chem disposal etc and garage with shop at the end of the lane. Highly recommend.
