Exactly as the previous comment - we had 2 hot showers in the spotless private bathrooms , used the drive over grey waste and filled up with water. Black waste at the service point is for organic green toilet chemical only so if you have nasty blue stuff in your toilet like us you have to use the disposal point up in the yard by reception. Lovely people too - worth £10.
Just popped in here to ask if I could top up my water tank. Very friendly staff. £10 for a full service including a lovely shower! Water, Grey Waste, Emptied toilet & showered.
Lovely campsite with great amenities. Wood logs supplied for a cost and a great corner pitch. Short drive to nearby town and very helpful owners. Alpacas in the field next by and good walking options. Dog friendly and very accommodating.
Lovely area, nice and quiet, and not too busy. I thought it was a bit expensive at 35 quid, but the lake district is like that. I'm used to campsites being about 12-15 in Europe. Good clean facilities.

Fantastic campsite staff was really welcome and give us information of area, we arrived later than expected but nothing was a problem, luckily they had available space so was more then happy to show us a spot for the night, all amenities where included and check out is at 12pm, for those who like to set off a little later
Best place we have been to yet. We booked a pitch with a hot tub, very clean area and very private. Hot tub was ready for us arriving. Shower blocks are very clean and also had a hair dryer which didn’t expect. Staff were very friendly. Pitches were not close together which was also very good had loads of room. Very peaceful quiet place at night. Will be back as price was very fair.

Ruhiger Campingplatz mit allem was man braucht, top Ausstattung und alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, Plätze gibt es nur mit vollem serviceund kostet dann eben 32 Pfund die Nacht zu zweit im van… auch wenn man keinen Strom braucht. Alles in allem aber sehr nett und vor allem ein sehr freundlicher Empfang, also kaum was zu meckern.. ist nicht so ganz unseres, aber für eine Nacht ok

Very nice quiet campsite. Best bit is the toilet and shower blocks. They are clean and the shower and toilet are in the same room!!
Stayed here for one night to break up a trip up to Scotland. Lovely campsite, great facilities including good showers, water, etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Good hard standing pitches with electric hookup, prices good. That nice we will probably revisit on our way back down south.
Bester Camping seit langem. Personal sehr freundlich. Grosse Plätze, mega Badezimmer. Toilette mit Dusche in einem. Sehr sauber. Sehr ruhig. Sehr gepflegt. Wir standen gerade. Zeltplatz etwas schräg. Kleiner Kiosk vorhanden ohne Alkohol. Pub nicht weit weg, man muss aber fahren. Schöner Hundweg angelegt rund um den Campingplatz.
sehr schöner, ruhiger gepflegter Platz mit schöner Aussicht auf den Lake District, wenn man einen Platz weiter oben hat. Sanitäranlagen neu. sehr hübsche, neue Cottages. Freundliche Betreiber. etwas teuer 25 Pfund für Wohnmobil & 1 Person ohne dass ich Strom benötigt habe. Kleiner Shop. Hätte hier auf länger bleiben können.
Gewoonweg perfect. Vriendelijke eigenaren, van alles voorzien. Voor één nacht betaalden we (2 personen, 1 camper) 28 pond, all-inclusive plaatsen.
Nous ne sommes pas resté pour la nuit mais avons juste payé pour les services 10£ (eaux grises, noires et remplissage eau) Camping et installations très propre, gérant sympa.
Bester Campingplatz, den wir auf unserer Tour hatten. Wir hatten eine Ecke ganz für uns. Duschen und Toiletten sind schön geräumig und beheizt. Das Duschen war ein Traum. Außerdem besteht die Möglichkeit hier auch Ferienwohnungen zu mieten. Gerne wieder!
