BawBag202029/04/2022Choice of 3 areas here we first of all pulled into the higher car park beside the road but decided to move as it was pretty windy, close to road but mainly because some people had decide to use the bush area as public toilet. We parked in the larger, flatter area which also had a little more protection from the wind and a couple of bins. This is a great spot for star gazing and even has a large sign telling you what and where all they all are. We were woken up 2am by some local boy racers with loud stereo systems but they turned off the music when they seen our van and didn’t stay too long. This area is beautiful and there are also some fantastic walks close by.

Great for a quiet night, walking, running around parts of the reservoir or stargazing in the evening.No services but flat, has bins and picnic areas.
