jollyjade24/01/2026Arrived late, slept overnight on a Friday night. Close so we could do Trentham Park run in the morning. Traffic noise but ok with ear plugs, set back from main road behind some trees. So no buffering. Close to M6. Good to break up a long journey.

Ideal place if you need a pit stop on a long journey. I used this stop for a few hours to get my head down and arrived about 6am. One other van and a lorry here. I got about 4 hours sleep. The road noise could be an issue for light sleepers but apart from that it serves its purpose as a rest up point pretty well. Not too far from the M6 either. Would use again if passing through and needing rest.
