klasse Platz als stop auf dem Weg nach Griechenland und auch für einen Besuch der Stadt, diese ist problemlos mit der Metro erreichbar. Alles vorhanden was man so braucht und bei unserem Besuch sauber und ordentlich. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Betreiber insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert
Bei der Ankunft kurz anrufen. Der Rest ist selbsterklärend. Dusche war sauber und perfekter Druck mit HEISSWasser :) in die Stadt gelangt man auch sehr einfach mit Bus oder Metro (1x 0.80 Euro)
Unkomplizierte Reservierung und genauso das Ankommen. 10 min bis zur U bahn. Sauber und sicher. Das Restaurant Marko ist zu empfehlen. . .mitten im Plattenaugebiet. Überraschend Mega gut.

Wir kündigten uns im Vorfeld an und vereinbarten einen Preis. Nach einem langen Reisetag verlangte er bei Ankunft plötzlich mehr Geld. Waschanlage & Hauptstraße sehr laut. Schien sicher, da komplett eingezäunt. Plätze sehr eng, man würde gerade so die Tür aufbekommen. Wir fuhren weiter.
Abbiamo passato una notte, si trova vicino ad un autolavaggio ( attenzione, lavano fino a sera tarda) e ad una strada. Abbiamo comunque dormito bene. Non abbiamo percepito nessun rumore fastidioso. Il bagno molto pulito, George molto gentile e disponibile. A 2 min fermata autobus n 309 che porta in centro in pochi minuti. Consiglio.
Pasamos aquí 3 días,sólo 5 plazas de rotación lo demás ocupado con vehículos aparcados.1 servicio con inodoro,lavabo y ducha,agua con presión y caliente.Plazas muy justas de tamaño,pero tiene al lado mesa con bancos.Electricidad.20€ nos parece caro,para lo que ofrece.Hay que avisar al dueño por wassap para que te abra la puerta automática e igual cuando te vas.Ruidoso por lavado de coches al lado
Nous avons passé une nuit, le lieu assez calm malgré la route à côté, un peu dérangé par les gens qui viennent au carwach laver leur voiture même pendant la nuit. WC et douche disponible et très propres.

We had hoped to stop a night here after an all-day drive from Croatia through Serbia.....emailed the day before but no reply. So we went there about 4pm; it was closed; locked up and none of the phone numbers were recognised. So we had to drive on!
Sehr netter herr, konnten dort übernachten obwohl alles voll.Dusche wc warmes wasser und wifi strom auch vorhanden. Alles wie beschrieben! Danke!
Auf der Durchreise brauchten wir dringend Ruhe und Sicherheit. Beides haben wir hier gefunden. Trotz der Lage an einer Hauptstrasse ist es Nachts ruhig. WC und Dusche sehr sauber. Der Vermieter hat uns am nächsten Tag auch noch einen Monteur auf den Platz geholt, der den frischen Steinschlag in der Frontscheibe repariert hat. Für 25€!!!

Parcheggio super strategico per la sua vicinanza al centro di Sofia. A 500 metri dalla Metro che in pochi minuti porta in centro. Bagno pulitissimo. Doccia caldissima. Possibilità di attaccarsi alla corrente. Possibilità di svuotare il WC chimico. No scarico acque grigie. Gestione super efficiente. È piccolo quindi bisogna chiamare prima di arrivare. Prezzo onesto per il servizio che offre.
Da considerare come un parcheggio per gli spazi ristretti, è presente un solo bagno con doccia quindi inutilizzabile per la fila di persone in alta stagione.
Výborné miesto na prehliadku mesta. Blízko zastávka metra a tak cesta do centra je pár minút jazdy. Všetko čisté. Otváranie vzdialene po telefonáte. Personál sa tu nenachádza. Odchod pešo je cez braničku. Platba hotovostné. Wifi funguje. Cena 20€
Sehr unkomplizierter Stellplatz, ideal für eine Zwischenübernachtung. Der Check-in/Check-out erfolgt problemlos per Anruf, das Tor wird sofort geöffnet. Betreiber am Telefon sehr freundlich. Platz ist sauber und trotz Nähe zur Straße und Autowaschanlage angenehm ruhig. Perfekt zum übernachten und/oder sich Sofia anzuschauen.
Je recommande fortement cet endroit, le propriétaire est d'une grande gentillesse, les sanitaires sont très propres. Allez y sans hésiter
Zentraler, unkomplizierter Platz mit guter Anbindung (U-Bahn) in die Innenstadt. Der Platz ist sauber, ebenso sind die Sanitäranlagen gut in Schuss. Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden, lediglich ein relativ teurer Wäscheservice. Die große Straße ist laut und die ganze Nacht deutlich zu hören. Nichts für Lärmempfindliche!
C’est pratique pour une nuit avec visite de Sofia. La station de métro est proche. En revanche très bruyant coincé entre la station de lavage, la route et les chiens qui aboient…
A very convenient camper stop, the place is central and has all the necessary amenities. The sanitary facilities are extremely clean, I have never seen a cleaner bathroom and toilet. The owner Georgi is always ready to help, we had a small problem with the camper, he sent us to a service center where they fixed the problem quickly and without waiting. Well marked and leveled places.
parking vraiment trop bruyant : route plus station de lavage 24/24 et en prime musique à fond du voisin d'en face, pas d'ombre et quand il fait 35 c'est insupportable !
Zeer mooie plek met proper sanitair. Ideaal om met de metro Sofia te bezoeken van hieruit. Domein is ook volledig afgesloten en je krijgt een sleutel voor als je eruit wil zodat het ook altijd afgesloten blijft.
Bien placé pour visiter la ville. Installations simples et propres. Le bruit de la route et de l’auto-lavage s’arrête à 23h
Alles zoals beschreven. Prima plaats voor verkennen van de stad. Wat geluid van de weg en naastgelegen autowash, maar na 23u rustig.
Waren 2 Nächte bei George, er ist ein toller Gastgeber. Der Platz ist praktisch angelegt und gelegen, Preis/Leistung passte für uns.
A perfect convenient place to explore Sofia. 10 minute walk to the metro (metro takes big dogs with a muzzle, you must carry dog paperwork). George speaks great English, really nice guy. There is a key box for the pedestrian gate. Facilities are clean. George also helped us with getting our water pump fixed at Camper shop 5km away. Excellent service there too. Highly recommended worth 5*
Great spot for exploring Sofia. Close to metro and has all facilities. Extremely clean and George very attentive. Yes it is also a storage facility and it’s gravel car park but it’s very secure and homely. Absolutely would recommend to stay here.
Excellent site très bien entretenu par le très sympathique Georges. Sanitaires impeccables, wifi super, emplacements sur gravier presque plat, services parfaits. Un peu bruyant à cause de la station de lavage auto utilisée assez tard le soir. Proximité des transports en commun pour aller en ville super?. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Si je re passe dans la région j’y retournerai sans hésiter. Allez y en toute confiance aucune surprise. ?
Perfecte stop om de stad te bezoeken. 1,5 uur lopen en 35 min met openbaar vervoer. Er is 1 toilet en 1 (hete) douche aanwezig. We kwamen in de middag aan, hek werd geopend nadat we het nummer belde. Eenmaal binnen kun je een sleutel pakken waarmee je de poort open en dicht kan doen. Zeer veilig plek dus. Er rijden veel auto’s langs de grote weg, maar hier hadden we geen last van.
Fantastic base for visiting Sofia metro very close all secure and cleanest and Hottest shower I’ve seen for months. Out of the control of George the owner it can be noisy solution put AirPods and podcast on
We had a fantastic time staying here. The owner George was very helpful for anything we needed. The site has good security. The toilets are very clean with nice hot water. Transport links with bus or metro to the city centre are close by. Also has supermarkets within walking distance. Would stay again in the future.
Excellent camper stop!! Location it's perfect for exploring Sofia, really close to the metro station and a bus stop. You have a supermarket near by, the toilets were impeccable and the shower it was amazing (hot water). Totally secured area and the owner is always available for helping you with anything you need, good value for money.
Überragend sind die sauberen und heissen Duschen. Der Betreiber ist super nett und spricht gutes Englisch. Wir sind sehr gerne hier für die Durchreise. Platz komplett geschottert und eingezäunt. Tor lässt sich durch Anruf 24/7 öffnen.
Fuldstændig overfyldt og ufremkommeligt. Absolut ikke anbefalelsesværdig. Vi kørte igen efter at være blevet antastet af flere uvenlige kvinder fra vaskestationen ved siden af.
Super Stellplatz. Alles ist gut organisiert und sauber. Wir sind auf der Durchreise, hatten eine ruhige Nacht und eine warme Dusche.
Wir waren im Oktober 2023 schon zum zweiten Mal dort und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Der Betreiber ist super nett/hilfsbereit, er spricht gutes Englisch. Ca. 200 nach rechts bei der Hauptsraße ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man alles an Lebensmitteln bekommt. Toilette und Dusche sind super sauber. Wer in die Stadt fährt sollte den Schlüssel für das Tor nicht vergessen (Kasten 2 bei Toilette).
Fantastic stop over for Sofia. Very efficient - if no one there, phone number and gate will be opened. Instructions inside for payment, showers, internet etc and directions to metro (metro only takes cash for tickets. ATM further up main road). Not a site to sit around at - it's a motorhome storage compound - but secure, very clean and perfect for the city. Road is noisy but not too bad at night.
Sicherer Stellplatz, saubere Toillete und Bad, mit Strom versorgt und Entsorgung grau Wasser und Kassette möglich. Für die Stadt zu besichtigen ist der Stellplatz sehr emfehlenswert. Alles im Preis pauschal. Viel Spaß in Sofia!
Not super cheap but I felt like it was worth the price: the facilities were super clean, the shower was hot, the place is safe and it’s just a 5’ walk to a subway station to go straight to the centre. The owner was away so I was able to pay through PayPal which was handy too!
Für einen Stadtbesuch in Sofia nahe der Metro und sicher hinter einem verschlossenem Tor. Dusche und WC (in einem Container) sauber. Nachts brutal laut, direkt an einer Motorradrennstrecke (Zweitgrößte Einfallstrasse nach Sofia). Alles in allem ok, aber nur mit Ohrstöpsel nachts zu ertragen!
Toller kleiner Stellplatz, WC und Dusche waren sauber. Die Dusche war kalt, darauf er direkt 10 Euro Rabatt eine gegeben. Die City ist mit der metro ein Katzensprung
Ich fühlte mich als Alleinreisende sehr sicher! Das Tor ist immer verschlossen und es hängen Kameras am Zaun. Man läuft ca 10 Minuten zu Haltestelle und kann mit der M1/M4 in 6 Stationen direkt in die Stadt fahren. Dadurch, dass der Platz so zentral ist, ist er natürlich etwas lauter. Aber es gibt dafür keinen Punktabzug, da man vorher weiß, worauf man sich bei einem Städtestellplatz einlässt!
Best set up to visit Sofia. Very nice parking. Close to Sofia center. Owner is a very nice, polite guy. Responsive. Picks up the phone. It has shower and water and you can empty your cassette. We took taxi to center, but metro station is close-by. Uber did not work in Sofia when we were there.
Idealer Platz zur Besichtigung der Stadt, Metro in 600m Entfernung und mit 2,5€ für die Tageskarte super. Super netter Betreiber der super Englisch spricht. Achtung: Es stehen hier auch die Mietfahrzeuge des Betreibers, also nicht abschrecken lassen wenn der Platz voll aussieht. Am besten anrufen und fragen, heute Abend sind z.B. noch zwei Plätze frei aber es schaut von außen voll aus.
Ottima soluzione per visitare Sofia. La fermata del metro è a 600 metri. Il titolare è simpatico e molto disponibile. Servizi puliti e doccia calda. Scarico acque nere. carico acqua potabile.
Super Stellplatz, top Lage, direkte Verbindung in die Stadt. Der Platz ist sehr gut abgesichert. Alles sehr sauber und hygienisch, kompletter Service möglich. Dusche und Toilette ist vorhanden. Der Betreiber ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Direkt gegenüber gibt es sogar einen Waschpark Mobile waschen kann (Wer’s mag).
Praktischer Platz um Sofia zu erkunden, stadtmäßig laut, aber alles gut organisiert und sauber. Sehr netter Betreiber, anrufen und das Tor geht auf, ein sicherer Platz.

Very good place to stop and relax. Open 24h, so easy to find and location is good. Owner is extremely helpful and speaks very good english. The other side of the street is washing service, who will pick up your clothes and deliver back to you.
Guter Platz für eine Nacht, auch bei später Anreise wird einem geöffnet, Anruf genügt, Sanitär warm und sauber, da in der Stadt gelegen nicht ganz so leise aber ok und sicher da abgesperrt
The owner is lovely, really easy to find and good for large campers as we are over 8m long. There is one toilet and shower cubicle, super clean and hot. Location for the city is good, metro was a 5 minute walk and only cost us £2 each return, we also took with us our two dogs on the metro without issue. Do remember it’s in a city so there is noise at night. We stayed here 2 nights comfortably.
Super Platz um Sofia zu besuchen. Der Betreiber ist mega nett und hat immer Tips parat. Er öffnet das Tor zu jeder Tages- oder Nachtzeit und kommt dann persönlich vorbei um alles zu erklären. Sanitäranlage super sauber. Endlich mal wieder eine richtig heiße Dusche mit ordentlich Druck! Leider keine Spülmöglichkeit mit heißem Wasser.
Stayed here overnight on a long haul trip. They open the gates even around midnight for check in. There is one shower and toilet available and it’s very clean. It is next to a car wash and can be slightly noisy in the night. Also ideal location for visiting Sofia.
22.09.22 - Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Besitzer, saubere Sanitäranlage mit Dusche und WC, Ver- und Entsorgung klappt bestens. Die tagsüber belebte Straße wird spät abends zusehends ruhiger. Guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Stadtbesichtigung.
Very polite owner, good place for a short stay, 5 min to the Metro station, for the money you paying you getting everything, no limits of people!
This is now a storage facility not a campsite which is in use 24 hours. We managed to get a few hours sleep overnight. Would not recommend. No security onsite and didn't feel safe with people coming and going overnight.
Bardzo fajny kamping bardzo mily właściciel otworzyl nam o 24.00 wystarczy zadzwonić dzwonkiem na bramie. Bardzo czysta toaleta a druga jak sobie życzysz w stylu Rbinson Cruzoe. Pełny serwis kamperowy. Bardzo cicho w nocy.
Definirlo area sosta camper e' troppo, solo un rimessaggio fuori dal mondo con sbarra bloccata e personale irraggiungibile dalle 9 alle 11 di mattina. esperienza negativa.
Venendo da grecia siamo fermati per visitare sofia. Posto facile da raggiungere. Si trova su una delle vie più trafficate della città, ma nonostante è tranquillo e poco rumoroso. Servizi igienici(un bagno e doccia nsieme !) pulitissime, acqua calda !!!manca la tenda alla doccia. Zona relax manca una copertura. Wi-fi favoloso !carico e scarico solo per la cassetta !per le acque grigie ci si deve organizzare !
Spaliśmy tu jedną noc . Aby dostać się na płac trzeba zadzwonić do właściciela tel na budynku widoczny z ulicy . Obiekt jest raczej wypożyczalnia kamperowej , dysponował 3 miejscami postojowymi dla przyjezdnych. Czyste toaleta i prysznic . Szybki internet .
Stayed 2 nights as very safe and convenient for city centre on metro but basically a car lot for motorhomes so v compact and squashed and noisy as on main road. However secure with all services and very clean toilet and shower. Host Georgi very helpful. Good city stop.
Super service and friendly
We didn't stay but very kindly allowed us to empty our toilet for free. we were really stuck so highly appreciated. guy was super friendly and spoke perfect English.
Einfach anrufen und das Tor wird aufgemacht. Saubere Toilette und wunderbare heiße Dusche. Besitzer super freundlich. Leider waren die Leitungen zugefroren, weswegen nach einem kurzen Telefonat der Besitzer kam und es reparierte. Wir bekamen sogar eine kleine Entschädigung dafür. Ich kann das Restaurant "Bei Happy" sehr empfehlen. 20 min entfernt zu Fuß. am Wochenende unbedingt reservieren!
Perfect and safe location, easy to reach for a short or longer stay if you are visiting Sofia. The car wash facility right outside the door is so convenient (you need to have Bulgarian coins for the washing equipment, Euro coins does not work). The owner, Georgio is very friendly and helpful person. He is available 7/24 The only hiccup could be the street noise but it is tolerable as well.
Nähe Metro ins Zentrum, toller Besitzer, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Spricht super englisch. Eingezäunt und überwacht. WC und Dusche sauber, Wasser warm zum duschen. Etwas laut, da neben Hauptverkehrsstrasse.
Aparcamiento perfecto para pasar uno o varios días visitando la ciudad. Con vigilancia las 24h con cámaras. Georgi el propietario muy amable y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. Recomendable al 100%
