what a spot! plenty of relatively even surface, picnic bench with bbq plate, and the views are amazing. I was lucky and had the place to myself, and I will definitely be back!

Amazing views! No facilities. This is the start of a nice walk over to the Giants Graves in Whiting Bay. Mobile signal comes and goes, it is workable if you're patient. I imagine it would be very exposed to wind here (no wind when I stayed). There were three over vans here plus me and I would say you would have improper spacing with much more than that. Note, the road to get here is quite narrow.

Only parked during the day but looked fine for overnight. No signed restrictions. Flat, great views.

Lovely park up with fantastic views and a mainly level gravel surface with a picnic table but no bin. Quite exposed so could be stormy in windy weather.

Beautiful views and super peaceful for the night. A little breezy as it is exposed but was no bother for us.

We stayed 2 nights as its a nice level park up and quiet. Close to the road but it's a quiet road. Fantastic views. No facilities. Just us and another van.

Great park up, pretty level with great views when the weather is playing ball. We were the only van here for one night. Road is close, but it’s not a fast road and quiet at night. Had one person pass at 6am and honk their horn! Nice walk up the hill behind too.

Lovely park up. Great sea view and no houses for miles. Close to road but very little noise. 4G on O2 network but poor on 3.

Great first stopover on Arran. It was a beautiful calm clear night amazing dark sky stars. Beautiful sunrise. There is a picnic bench at one end and also a small bench about 100m up path with even better views. Shared with 2 campervans midweek in Sept. About 2 miles to walk down to coast in Kildonan.

A really good stopover. Nice and flat with beautiful views. Good walking up into the forest direct from the car park. Picnic table if you want it. Only me here once the dog walkers left. Totally silent during the night. Even got 5G on EE (other networks are available !) Wonderful.

Lovely spot, with a sea view, walks away from the parking area and with seating available. However, there are no bins to put your litter in.

Super lieu, parking plan, une table, vu mer. Très peu de passage sur la route.Nous y avons passé une très bonne nuit.

Parked here for a night, large space and a picnic table, overlooking some great views! Slight breeze so kept the midges at bay for most of the evening.

lovely stop over, views fantastic. walked from here to see the impressive waterfalls and the Giants graves then down into Whiting bay- then caught the bus back which takes you most of the way.

Stunning views, flat site, 4G good on EE but not on 02. Road gets very quiet after 8:00pm. A great nights sleep.

Stayed 26/01/23. Quiet night, flat little car park with excellent views out to sea. Road quietens down after 7pm. Picnic table but no bin. EE signal OK.

Flat. Next to a road but not busy til 7am. Not midge free for us sadly. Nice views and walking. Phone 3/4g was bad. No tv signal. It’s nature and beautiful and picturesque. Picnic table for use.

Suitable for 5-6 motorhomes. Great sea view. Poor mobile data signal E/3G only, though mobile phone signal OK (I am on Vodafone). Path behind the site leads up and through the forest northwards towards Whiting Bay. Quite a challenging walk in places, allow two hours but the reward is some spectacular views. Time it right and you can get the bus back to the site - I missed the bus and had to walk!
