Amazing view and very quiet in November! the internet connection is not very good up here but it is actually nice to stay disconnected for some hours. the castle is open to visit but seems a bit abandoned right now. it seems like in the summer there must be a bar and restaurant but now it is closed. if you can, please feed the cats, some of them seem to be starving!
Contrary to the last review, my mobile signal is good. The road is steep and wide enough not to cause concern. The quality of the road is fairly good. The views are brilliant. Plentiful parking at different levels. I'm here by myself. Looks as though it's going to be a quiet night.
Pasamos una noche muy tranquila debajo del castillo, con unas vistas impresionantes…recomendamos muchísimo ir para la puesta de sol! el camino hacia el castillo esta asfaltado aunque con baches y no es de doble carril… la verdad que con los comentarios que habiamos visto pensabamos que estaría peor! la señal es MUY MALA y no permite navegar!

Very good, free, spot with incredible night view. In the daytime come buses with tourist who visit the castle. It's dirty, but it's nothing new in Albania. The road is *super* steep, narrow and curved. Be careful.

There are three large gravel parkings and non of them have prohibition signs of any sort. We stayed here 2 years ago in February and now at the end of November again - perfectly quiet with magnificent view and good phone reception. Both times it was raining very heavily, but the parking did not get flooded. It does get very windy though
Hell beleuchtet direkt an der Burg … bleibt lieber einen Platz darunter (am Leuchtturm / Bunker), deutlich ruhiger und Topfeben …
Mit einem 7 WOMO u.4.5 t ist das nicht machbar. 15% Steigung. Die Räder gingen beim ersten Berg schon durch. Drehten dann um als wir sahen, dass die Steigung noch länger so geht.
Prachtig uitzicht en buiten het seizoen lekker rustig we hebben bij het kasteel gegeten maar buiten het seizoen hadden ze bijna niks helaas. Het was wel heel mooi binnen. Mooie plek alleen heel veel afval.
Prachtig uitzicht, veel afval. De parkeerplaatsen het dichtst bij het kasteel zijn verlicht en er hangen camera's. Wij werden daar weggestuurd laat op de avond. Stukje verder naar beneden konden we wel staan. Tot ver in de nacht nog auto's die langs reden.

Découvert par hasard en octobre 2017, calme et vue superbe sur la ville de Sarandë. Site archéologique de Butrint à 20 km.
2017.10.01 - Un point de vue exceptionnel à 360° après avoir gravi les 1,5 km d'une petite route très pentue et négocié plusieurs virages en épingle. Le parking gratuit et bien stabilisé récompense vos sueurs. Un restaurant vous servira des plats de qualité aux tarifs albanais. Aucun service, réception satellite optimale et réseau wifi ouvert au restaurant.
Restaurant parking with great view. Expect many tourist buses when a cruise ship is located in the harbor. Driveway is also suitable for large mobile homes.
