Wunderschöner, einfacher Naturisten Campingplatz mit sehr netten Menschen, die sich alle liebevoll um den Erhalt der Anlage kümmern. Wichtig ist, sich vorher anzumelden. Das war telefonisch sehr einfach. Vielen Dank. Ich komme wieder.
Stayed for 2 nights and was met by Howard who gave me a tour of the fully equipped campsite that has everything you need. I spent an hour stargazing from the hot tub after a long drive followed by a sauna. Huge thanks to Howard & Derek for getting my car started in the rain after I flattened the battery making sure I was able to make the 3 hour drive home! I will definitely be returning!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Stayed 21st August, for 2 nights. everyone is really friendly and made us welcome. Howard shows you round on a tour of the park. No need to undress. use the what 3 word code to find. Great little site.
This is a great site to stop over for a few days with a nice club house, wood fired sauna. It is a naturist site so if it is warm its ok to be free. The site has a beautiful woodland walk. The other campers on site are very friendly and welcoming, there was one tall thin scruffy looking chap wearing only a fishermans hat that was a bit too friendly with any female on site. Very close to Newcastle.
After calling ahead (which you MUST do), we were shown around the site by Howard. It is a naturist site, so be prepared for that It’s was a lovely site and more like a community. Everybody was welcoming. only negative is you are near the main road, but in fairness it doesn’t bother you too much. we were completely comfortable and felt totally relaxed inside the gated community
Un parfait stop sur la route de Douvre. Nous avons appelé quelques heures avant et avons eu une place sans problème. L'accueil par Howard a été chaleureux !
what an amazing place! the people here are so incredibly friendly and we felt extremely welcomed, best place of our trip so far! we are not naturists ourselves but this was no problem. 20£ for a night- clean showers/ toilets and had water fill and electric plug in if needed. highly recommend!! also Howard welcomed us and went above and beyond to help us with our van- thank you!

Booked in by ringing Mike, we were met at the gate and made to feel so welcome, this has to be the most chilled site we have ever been to. If you’re not comfortable seeing naked people then it won’t be for you, we were not bothered and everyone was super friendly. Price is £30pn with EHU, there are plenty of places to walk, sauna, pool, club house, showers are communal m/f share but nice and hot
Voor een overnacht camping goed te doen!. Mike opende de poort en heeft ons alles uitgelegd, heel vriendelijk ontvangst. Voorzieningen geven een alternatieve indruk, maar zijn funktioneel. de prijs is echter géén 20 pond. We moesten 30 pond betalen, en vonden dit voor zo'n camping verl te veel!!!
Super mooi hier en wat een fijne rondleiding van Mike. Daarna van de sauna gebruik gemaakt en een koude dip after. Lovely place!
Wat een vriendelijke plek! Onderweg van Alnwick Castle naar het zuiden lag deze precies op de ideale plek. Blij dat we gegaan zijn. Heerlijke douche, sauna was savonds aan ( houtgestookt), Mike heeft de camping laten zien. Kids konden lekker spelen, alle ruimte. Gewoon met kleren aan en soms liep er iemand naakt voorbij which is fine. Dus bij twijfel; zeker gaan. Snelweg hoorbaar maar vergaten we.
Wir wurden trotz sehr später Ankunft wahnsinnig freundlich und zuvorkommend (sogar in deutsch ) empfangen. Wir haben mit Glück noch ein Plätzchen auf dem eingezäunten Gelände bekommen, das mit sehr viel Herzblut hergerichtet ist. A very nice place to be. Mike, ist ein sehr charmanter Gastgeber und führt einen durch das tolle Gelände. Er bittet um tel. Voranmeldung. Nur Barzahlung.
mooie plek om een aantal dagen door te brengen. het is een naturistencamping maar je mag je kleren aanhouden. aardige ,vriendelijke en hulpvaardige mensen lopen hier rond. voorzieningen zijn goed. 1 ster minder vanwege een , snachts ,niet zo drukke weg.
Accueil très sympa. Emplacement sur herbe donc boueux en hiver. Électricité et eau sur chaque emplacement. Installations sanitaires anciennes mais propres. Route bruyante à côté en journée mais calme la nuit. 20£ pour une nuit, 1£ pour la machine à laver (pas de sèche linge). Paiement uniquement en espèces !
Great place with friendly people. Stayed here 3 nights and had a wonderful time walking around their small woodland and camp ground. Mike was very welcoming and had good chat. Definitely recommend staying here for more than 1 night and enjoying the sauna.
A little gem of a find. Mike showed us around the place, which is lovely. As mentioned it is a naturist club so you will see naked people. I joined in but you don’t have to. The wood fired sauna is the star of the show, the toilets and communal shower facilities are also very good. A very calm and warm friendly atmosphere. Will visit again when it’s warmer.
We enjoyed our stay very much! Everyone offered us help and welcomed us very friendly. The woodburning sauna was fantastic! We stayed for four nights and can highly recommend this place!
I cannot recommend this place enough! You will never feel more welcome anywhere, wether you are a naturist or not (I’m not). Mike is a hilarious and brilliant host, as well as the rest of the community there. The sauna is amazing, and also the private forrest with walking paths. Definitely worth a visit! Ended up staying 3 nights instead of the 1 I had initially intended.
Was für ein unglaublich liebenswerter, offener und willkommener Platz! Man wird mit offenen Armen empfangen, findet saubere Anlagen und ist vollkommen frei, wie viel Kontakt man haben möchte. Ich kann es aber sehr empfehlen! Unglaublich tolle Gespräche und auch die Sauna ist definitiv ein Highlight. Die Straße ist je nach Wind gut hörbar.
Great Campsite with good facilities, very welcoming naturist site with no expectation to partake, if it is not your thing, but happy to chat nonetheless. Sauna and Woodland walk were great highlights.
We stayed 3 nights at this amazing relaxed naturist campsite. It's been going for 70 years as a club and is not run for profit so everything on site has been built by and is maintained by members. They even have a sauna which we used every night. Had lovely chats with members in the toasty clubhouse in the evenings. Showers and washing machine are free. Non members welcome. Will definitely return
