Posto perfetto lungo la strada verso la Scozia, deviazione breve dalla strada. Ci siamo fermati la notte a dormire ed eravamo l’unico van. È riparato dalla strada stessa poiché un po’ sopraelevato, si trova di fronte all’ingresso di un parco urbano - la mattina ci sono persone che portano i cani a passeggio ma difficilmente prima delle 8AM. Abbastanza silenzioso
Parking à nouveau ouvert et tout neuf. Presque plat et calme. Quelques personnes qui viennent se promener. Nuit très calme, on n'entend pas du tout les voitures. Idéal pour une nuit proche de Glasgow ou de l'autoroute sur la route pour l'Écosse.
Leider ist der Parkplatz zurzeit (Januar 25) wegen Umbauarbeiten gesperrt.
Just stopped off to check it out and had a coffee . wasn't sure if I parked in the correct area but as not over night I wasn't to bothered, but will make enquiries if going to do an all night stay.
Looks like a great stop but too small for our 4.3m MH, we would have needed 4 or 5 spaces.
After a long windy drive from Birmingham. It was an ideal stop for the night. Free to park with 10 reasonable spaces. Very quite. Lovely surroundings. Many dog walkers in the morning. 2 on-site bins and local chippy within 5 minute drive.
Enjoyable stop for the night, nice walk nearby in woodland round a pond, saw a large fox in broad daylight! Ruins of an old WW2 anti-aircraft battery. Not too busy for a Saturday. Good data and signal on EE and Three. Plenty of bins but no other amenities
guter Standort wenn man mit Hunden unterwegs ist. Der Platz ist relativ eben, benötigt kaum Ausgleich. Für eine Nacht gut geeignet.
