Signs said closed but it was open. However a truck driver was moving vans along. It was also very noisy. I parked in nearby residential area but there is a Morrison supermarket 6 mins away without parking restrictions. Loos and opens at 6am!

Good spacious lay-by. Was muddy but not worryingly so. Few other vans - further down is best as there’s a house at one end. The traffic was mostly quiet but did rumble through quite a few times in the night so light sleepers beware.
Good place to overnight if you're visiting the New Forest. Long, level layby separated from the road. Used by HGVs. Very quiet night here, main road quietens down overnight. Would recommend.
nice place for an overnight stay , it can be a bit noisy with cars driving passed.
Very quiet despite being near an A road. Beware of falling acorns though when the birds start walking around in the morning!!
