Owner, stalks the park up, up the road at night to threatening moterhomes because he lost out on your money.would avoid just for that reason alone.

Stayed for one night, £20 without EHU, plus £2 for 2 shower tokens. Struggled to find the site, sign needed really, at the turn off, as we drove round once. Uneven long access road. Directions on website are good, but we were coming from a different direction. Owner Carl very nice & friendly. Great to see the planes jetting off, peaceful location otherwise.

Great site, fabulous hosts, didn’t use shower/toilets so can’t comment, some train noise and air traffic but did not intrude. Follow the instructions on website on how to reach site rather than sat nav.

Amazing place to stay. Service was outstanding. £27 per night with electric and £1 for shower token. Great to watch the planes at RAF Valley. I would recommend to anyone.

Cons: Remote. 40 minute walk into Rhosneigr on tough path so would be hard to carry much for beach. Soft field gets boggy after rain. Pros: Owners outstandingly helpful. Ideal for away-from-it-all camping. Thought trains and planes would be loud but nowhere near what I'd feared. Large, roomy field with excellent sized pitches. Surrounded by greenery with a wetlands full of birds alongside.

Stayed for 1 night, watching the planes was amazing as you are right by a RAF base, flights stopped at 6pm and hadn't started by 11am. There is 1 field mostly seasonal caravans, and 1 field for tents, campers etc. Both have loos and showers spotless and clean, showers £1 for 8mins.No EHU, 2 adults £20 Very friendly owner who gave us lots of local knowledge. can highly recommend.

Stayed 2 nights here. Perfect location. Toilets & showers spotless. Owner is very friendly & helpful. 30 min walk into Rhosneigr. Do not follow satnav, (like we did!) the approach roads are very narrow & winding. Look at the website & use their access directions. £20 per night plus £7 for EHU. Highly recommended.

The owners were very friendly and more than accommodating, lovely surroundings, toilets were clean, we could refill fresh water and it also has a WC chemical disposal point. it is right next to an airbase so a lot of planes taking off/landing from early morning, if you want to sleep long it might not be the best place… if you enjoy watching Jets fly by then it’s alright!

Little hidden gem, we have a big American Rv the owners were more than accommodating lovely surroundings watching the RAF planes take off/land was a added bonus, well worth the money and will definitely stay again

Friendly owners. £20 ,£27 ehu. Showers £1 per 8 minutes. We were lucky enough to enjoy a 4 hour air show during or stay . It was busy but no problem with showers and toilets. Only problem was lack of sink suitable for shaving and some showers didn’t have mirrors. All said I would go back

perfectly placed for watching the jets on RAF Valley. you are literally on the fence line. it is now £20 per night and £5 for electricity. that's going up to £7 next year. the touring field will be getting it's own showers very soon.

  • 5/5

Great place to stay can't fault it .Good to watch the jet planes £20 a night all in

Booked the site based on other reviews for 2 night stop. Felt bit military to be honest. Loads of room, but only 3 toilets and 2 showers combined, right next to main rail track and military airport, after an hour gets bit repetitive, so many planes very long narrow track to get to the site . wasnt told by owner but there is a path to walk to Rosneigher takes about 30 mins.

Stayed the night to be told at 10am someone has thier engine running waiting to take our pitch, when I asked owner said she expects people to leave by 12 so we are left bewilderd and undressed and expected to leave with absolutely no warning or compassion. worst site in Wales for customer service and clarity

Owner was lovely and very accommodating. We took a walk down the golf course to get to a nearby beach. Only 3 toilets on site which meant there was a little queue but could work around that. Great little stay.

What a fantastic site, very helpful and friendly owners, amazing to see the planes take off and land, which is unusual in this day and age, (only fly in the week not week ends) also train line next to site but didn’t bother us 20 min walk into town beautiful beach. Carl and Fiona thank you for a brilliant relaxing break. See you again soon.

  • 5/5

Great relaxing level site grass cut short some EHU points some without right next to RAF valley so some aircraft noise during the day also next to the railway track but trains not that often owners really helpful clean toilets and site , will be back

  • 4/5

Lovely location, I’m not sure how often you would hear the planes but it’s been quite regular today for the passed 3 hours. It hasn’t bothered us with the stunning views and the beach only 20 minutes away. It is right next to a train track but again it’s so peaceful it occasional plane or train isn’t a bother. Plenty of space near the camp site to walk the dogs and let them off.

Brilliant lovely so glad we found this spot. Next to railway & RAF base. The owners fiona and karl made us feel really welcome. The site has water, waste & chemical disposal, electric hook up. Loos & showers were closed due to covid restrictions. The beach well worth 30-40min walk so beautiful & sandy you wont be disapointed. We really did chill out here. Will defo be returning.

What a super campsite. Owner is friendly and very helpful. We planned on staying just one night, but stayed on an extra night. Fantastic beach just a 20-30 minute walk away via heathland and sand dunes (we kept stopping to photograph birds and planes - site is close to RAF Valley, great for plane enthusiasts and photographers alike).

Great location and very friendly owners. We will definitely be returning
