a lovely woods for a dog but now there are new no overnight parking signs been put up. Another great spot lost to honest van/car campers.

lesfurets18/08/2023Vaste parking de forêt très agréable. Regroupement de voitures jusqu'à 23h qui ont un peu fait ronfler les moteurs en partant. Et premiers promeneurs vers 6h. Nuit tranquille sinon. Des écureuils qui s'amusent dans les arbres à notre réveil. Cela a beaucoup plu aux enfants.
FlorrieParksUp14/06/2023Excellent place to stop of for a night of two. Set in the woods with a fairly long and slightly bumpy road down to the spacious wooded car park but worth it. Had a peaceful night sleep, just three other Motorhomes here, very quiet with a few dog walkers turning up in the morning. Definitely putting this place in our favourite list

A very quiet area arrived lunch time brilliant walks around this forestry commission woods it’s now 4.30 and just 2 cars in this huge car park in the middle of the forest can’t find any litter to pick up but unfortunately a bit of dog poo here and there no bins around and the toilets have been vandalised and locked staying the night as it’s so peaceful

Stayed there last night, massive car park. Arrived 1900 a couple of cars possibly walking dogs and a couple of lads smoking weed. Car park empty by 2100 and it was very quiet till about 0730. Nice hard flat ground, yes i would stay again. Nice place for walks/run.

There is a gate at the top of the access road that is sometimes locked so check before planning any overnight stops. there are toilets but never unlocked.
