Stayed here twice. Nice pub, really good food and good price £22 for 3 courses. Large level carpark, pub is on a quiet country lane with the odd car passing, nice walks through fields nearby. Ring pub before arriving, don’t have to pay to stay but have a meal or few drinks.
Very quiet safe location, arrived after food had been finished serving but was very busy and was greeted by a lovely land lady. Great selection of beer and soft drinks. Car park has quiet a few pot holes but over all is level. No access to any services. Ring ahead to guarantee space.
Lovely stopover, pub was very friendly and the food was great. l'd have given 5* but the carpark was full of very deep potholes, l'm guess they'll be filled in at some point
Lovely cosy traditional British pub. Good pub grub available, friendly staff and large level car park for parking over night. Field next to car park so able to walk dogs on leads too.
What a hidden gem. The landlady of the pub is friendly and helpful and the food was great. I look forward to stopping off here again soon.
Arrived here at 11pm on a Monday and the gate was locked. No way to get in. Had to find somewhere else.
