Es war durch die schnellstraße sehr laut, ratten haben wir am Morgen gesehen. morgens wurde der Platz gereinigt
Grande aire de repos autoroutière, pas d'installations. En retrait de la route avec une ligne d'arbres mais toujours un peu bruyant de la route A très fréquentée. Beaucoup d'espace pour les longs véhicules.
Large motorway rest area, no facilities. Set back from the road with a line of trees but still a little noisy from the busy A road. Plenty of space for long vehicles.
Großer Autobahnrastplatz, keine Einrichtungen. Zurück von der Straße mit einer Reihe von Bäumen, aber immer noch etwas laut von der belebten A-Straße. Viel Platz für lange Fahrzeuge.

BrianCarl23/06/2025This is a great place to stop if you don't mind the road noise, however beware of where you park. Got there at 11pm and there were mainly lorries and some vans. We thought we were lucky as there was a space next to a coned area. At 4am a van pulled into coned area to set up a cafe and left engine running within 2 feet of our van (maybe the generator). Impossible to sleep from then on.

Use both sides fairly frequently. Road noise doesn't bother me amd never had any trouble. But there are rats everywhere and I've found they like to sleep on warm van engines. Be warned.

A great overnight stop off on way to south coast. A little noisy during day but a huge lay-by & a lot quieter at night.
murph1037530/12/2021I can’t recommend this as a stop for the night on the Southbound carriageway. On the approach the signage is confusing and as a victim of a horrific crash you can leave yourself open to similar.

Large, flat layby just off the A21. A lot of traffic noise when we were here tonight. No services. Been in better, and worse!
Bobbi704/08/2020Stayed here now a couple of times overnight, very wide layby both northbound and southbound, both lined with trees and seperated from the busy road which is fairly quiet at night but not peaceful. Feels safe and has bins and a cafe van during the day. Great place to stop off, nobody bothers you. Always other vans and trucks parked here too. A great find
