this is a beautiful spot very clean, a good place for kids, even buckets and spades for the kids on the beach ⛱️

Well developed outdoor leisure site. Slipway, kayak launch site, small beach and swimming pool area for children, picnic table, clean toilets locked at night. Busy in the daytime, quiet at night. Beautiful views over Lough Key. Access road is steep and single track. 5G reception OK.

Excellent park up. Quiet spot, with lovely views. There was a swimming club there when we arrived. After they left we didn't see anyone until the next morning.

Lovely spot for park up with views across the Lough. Toilets shut and tap (unthreaded) off. possibly seasonal use only? Litter bins. Facilities for wild swimming.

I’m here tonight. Quiet. Barely 3G reception in the evening. It’s as though Ireland switch off 5g at 6pm as happened frequently now on my trip around Ireland. Anyway, good park up. Lots of very good park ups around the south and west coast so far.

Netter Platz welcher gerade von der Gemeinde aufgewertet wird. Kleiner Mülleimer vorhanden. Ruhige Nacht verbracht. TOP. Aber entgegen der Bespeibung keine Dusche, Wasser oder Toilette entdeckt.

Beautiful spot, thank you Roscommon county council, you did a great job with this amenity , the toilets , a are new this year and very clean. note they are open from 8am to 8pm. we were the only camper, lots of swimmers and paddle boarder. it was fabulous

This is a fabulous location, 5 motorhome parking spots to the left of the entrance. Right on Lough Key shore with swans, piers and holy islands opposite you. There are toilets but they were a bit iffy when we were there. Steep hill down to the shore.

Perfect stopover spot. Plenty of space. Great view and quiet. Only ones here last night with a couple of bathers coming along around 8am. Would definitely use again.

Très bien après Boyle pour se poser, pique niquer ou dormir. Ça le fait bien. Mais le soir des jeunes font manifestement des burns en voiture. Voir photo

Platz wird gerade umgebaut. An der Abzweigung steht ein Schild "Car Park Closed". Der halbe Platz ist schon fertig, man kann dort stehen. Leute aus der Gegend parken dort, um zu baden. Die Toilette gibt es nicht mehr. Die Zufahrt ist sehr steil.

Relatively quiet, toilet block looks derelict but still one flushing toilet, tap on outside still works. Quite a nice spot with lovely views.

Great view. good access to loch for swimming. toilets now closed (looks like they are closed permanently). but water tap on outside of the building still working fine.

Lovely Spot on the edge of the Lake. Plenty Parking. Toilets over to the left are basic and were closed due to Covid when we were here. Narrow Road Down

Not recommended to park near the entrance road (see photo)... travel to your left on entering, go right down to the end of the parking area. Toilets, not very clean, water tap to side. Sometimes noisy down here, partying common, occasional drag racing. Time your entrance and exit times carefully, road extremely steep and narrow, limited passing places.
