£10 per night flat rate for Motorhomes. Large CP next to Tesco and only 5 minutes from town. Approx 15 spaces. Very quiet overnight.

Parked here 2nd September 25 with no issues. £10 per night paid via machine. Short walk into the town centre with toilets available in Tesco (1 minute) or at the Harbour checkpoint (2 minutes) where there is also a shower. We used the local leisure centre for a shower at £4 each. Quiet car park

Nicht hübsch - zweckmässig. In der Nacht fahren einige LKW vom Parkplatz weg bzw. zum Parkplatz hin. Keine Toilette etc. direkt am Parkplatz. Übernachten nur auf den speziall Markieren Feldern erlaubt, wird aber nicht von allen Campern eingehalten.

Arrived at 1pm the motorhome parking was busy but not full. We were lucky to get an OSB. By 8pm there were only 3 vans left. The downside for us was a refrigeration truck parked in the lorry park opposite so was quite noisy. An added bonus is the laundrette opposite Tesco. Great value parking at £10 for 24hrs.

Stayed 1 night, where many motorhomes were already there but still had space. They have covered the sign saying you must stay in OSB bays for the night. By 10pm all motorhome bays were full. You must hit # on the ticket machine to pay for your motorhome. Doing this skips the plate check which causes it to reject non UK plates. No motorhomes were issued fines by the time I left at 10am.

Very busy mid week. Would be a perfect stop over if it wasn’t for the noise of the other motor homers. We never used any facilities near by.

Wir standen für eine Nacht dort. 5 Pfund für 24 Stunden. Schnell ist das Centrum zu erreichen . Auch gibt es im Centrum eine öffentliche Toilette mit Dusche für 2 Pfund. Wenn es schnell gehen muss , bietet Tesco die Toilette . Wir sind auf dem Weg nach Stornoway, die Fähre ist unmittelbar .

Nicht schön, man parkt Seite an Seite, aber sehr nützlich. Tesco nebenan zum Bunkern, gute Kneipen zum Essen und für Musik am Abend in der Vorderreihe am Meer. Perfekt für eine Nacht und einen Tag und zum Warten auf die Fähre. Annehmbare Toilette am Hafen mit guter, warmer Dusche (2£ Card)

It’s okay – perfect location right in the city center of Ullapool, next to Tesco and only a 5-minute walk from public toilets. Not the most scenic spot and it can be loud at night due to trucks on the parking lot. Still, it’s a good option and you’re guaranteed to find a space, as Ullapool is otherwise packed with vans.

Parking très pratique en cas d’arrivée tardive. Nous avons payé 3 £ jusqu’à 09:00. Magasin TESCO ouvert jusqu’à 22:00.

Guter Parkplatz, um den Ort zu erkunden. Am Mittag war es sehr voll, so dass man auf einen Wohnmobil-Parkplatz warten musste. Einige haben auf den LKW-Plätzen geparkt und einen Strafzettel bekommen.

Stayed here last night. It looks like the main boards exposing charges have been changed from the one in the main picture. We put our van reg in the pay machine and pressed the + button for sufficient hours to stay overnight. 2.15 pm until 2.15 pm following day was £5. There were a couple of lorries moving late and early but not too noisy for a one night stay

Guter Platz um einzukaufen und durch Ullapool zu spazieren. Ständiges Kommen/ Gehen von Wohnmobilen. Enge Plätze. Schlafen würden wir hier nur im Notfall.

Large flat car park with 32 Motorhome bays. Some are labelled OSB but it’s not clear whether you need to use one of these to say over night. Very convenient - £10.00 optional charge. The noise levels are not as bad as some reports insinuate but Lorrie’s do move around during the night. However I doubt the campsite would be quieter! No services apart from bins. Supermarket/bars etc near by.

It’s just a car park and there must have been 30+ motorhomes staying overnight. Looks like the 6 OSB’s have been removed. We chose not to pay as it was optional and we had played and had lunch at the 9 hole golf course earlier that day. Most van didn’t have tickets but hopefully they are all spending money locally which we regard as the most important contribution. Thank you Ullapool.

Stayed for a night. Some noise but I wore earplugs and had a lovely sleep. Signage says you are invited to pay £10 and that parking charges are not enforced so choose whether to pay or not. We didn’t and even had a parking attendant pay us no attention. Make sure you park in bay marked OSB - overnight stay bay. Tesco next door. We ate at the seafood shack in town and I would recommend it was delicious .

Relatively undisturbed night, not really a nice view, but it does the job. 10£ per 24hrs, large spaces for motorhomes.

Lots of bays. Right next to Tesco (toilet opens at 7, buy something too). £10 overnight. Some lorries coming and going but not loads, it was fine. Great curry house in town, few minutes walk. Brekkie too (Cult cafe- recommend). Only laundrette in that area but too busy, we had to move on but if you have time to hang about, can prob help.

Absolutely horrendous with lorries constantly coming in off late night ferry.... Dont know whether we were just unlucky but it was like a motorway.... Very noisy and disturbed nights sleep. It's 02:47 whilst I'm writing this post as I felt I needed to update anyone choosing to stay here.... Definatley not worth the £10 fee

Parked for night and pleasantly surprised. £10/night with dedicated OSB bays. Not too much noise and short walk to all amenities. 5 minute walk to public toilets with showers.

Nothing special as it’s a Tesco carpark in a town with other lorry’s etc arriving throughout the night. However there are public toilets in the Tesco, the town is walking distance (& lovely), the carpark is flat and you can shelter from the wind a little by parking with other vehicles around. We also had 3g.

Car park had about 6 over night parking bays for £5 for 24hours. There were a few lorries throughout the night but it didn’t disturb us too much. Tesco is very handily located. Not much to see in the town.

Great stopover 5 mins into town. Right next to Tesco. 6 motorhome overnight bays clearly marked OSB, overnight stay bay. We arrived at 1pm and no one else in overnight bays. £10 for 24 hours, invitation to pay. Abuse and we will loose it!

Pasamos una noche tranquila con muchas otras aurocaravanas. Hay camiones aparcados, pero no molestan tanto como dicen otros comentarios, en nuestro caso cuando venía uno no estaba mas de 5-10 minutos con el motor arrancado, y a partir de medianoche no vino ninguno. El aparcamiento es gratis, las 10£ son una invitación a pagar pero no es obligatorio, lo pone muy claro en la máquina de pago

Unless you sleep like a newborn baby, don't stop here. It's like staying in a haulage yard with 38t trucks & trailers coming & going at 1am. We had a terrible night's sleep. It's an "invitation to pay" car park where parking charges are not enforced. I gave it one star for the close proximity to the shops & great chippy. We would not stay here again.

Seems like an okay place to stay, parked like sardines lol. but great to do spme grocery shopping. First hour free, after that 1p. I saw police checking so make sure u pay

Gute Lage, direkt neben Tesco ( ab 7 Uhr geöffnet, Toiletten direkt am Eingang.Es sind mittlerweile viel mehr Womo Stellplätze ausgewiesen als der Poststeller angegeben hat.Einziges großes Manko sind die LKWs die Nachts kommen und wieder fahren.Es werden auch die Anhänger abgestellt und wieder angekoppelt, was relativ laut ist.Für eine Nacht war es aber ok

Ampio parcheggio vicino al supermercato. Solo indicati solo 6 posti per l’overnight ma quando siamo arrivati i camper erano molti quindi ci siamo aggregati anche noi. Parcheggio ampio e pianeggiante. Una pecca un po’ di rumori di camion.

Not the best as was very noisy. Tesco being close by for toilets is great and there are fantastic £2 showers near the seafood shack.

No está muy mal, solo que por la noche hasta la 1 no puedes dormir por el ruido de los camiones, te invitan a pagar pero es decisión tuya si aceptas la invitación.

Flat car park behind Tesco. Can use their loos 7-10, was noisy with trucks and lorry’s through the night and no view but a good place to stop over for being near the shops and food etc. suggests £10 but this is at your discretion by the looks of the sign.

le parking existe toujours,nous venons d'y passer la nuit, seul point faible, l'arrivée de camion entre 23 HR et minuit. grande surface à côté. 5 min du port à pied. beau petit village.

We parked our self contained motorhome in a motorhome bay and paid £10 for parking. Within a couple of hours 4 trucks towing large caravans arrived alongside our vehicle and 4 generators were started up. We considered forfeiting our £10 and driving in the dark to Knocken Crag but found another motorhome bay at the end of the carpark which helped to reduce the sound from the generators.

Stayed here Sat 4th May, bank holiday weekend. Expected it to be busy and it was, maybe 20 vans, but there was still room., though some were parked very close to each other. No noise in the night, and Tescos open early Sunday morning. Free toilets 5 min walk away in town. £10 for 24 hrs

Good place for one night if you’re stuck. Think noise level varies. The night we stayed was very quiet up to 1am then there was an hour of Lorry’s coming and going, then completely quiet again until morning. None are mentioned on this app but we did see several good lay-bys going south just after Ullapool that I would have happily stayed in, if we had known.

Inderdaad een heel grote parking. Tesco vlakbij wat gemakkelijk is. De prijs voor 24 uur is 5£.

Large carpark, machine would only allow us to pay £5 for 24hours. We parked at the bottom of the carpark, all other MHs seemed to have the same idea. We didn’t hear Lorrys etc as other experienced it was a very quiet night

A large carpark with designated spot for MH. It is just right beside the Tesco Supermarket, walking distance to the Port and city center. Loud at night with lorris coming and going. It did bother us a little bit. The next morning we had a nice walk along the ullapool river.

Stayed here on the 17/10/23 for 1 night as p4night did not give us any other viable options. Its £10 for 24hrs. By no means an attractive location, but its safe and Tesco along with a laundrette is located here. Many other campervans and lorries also use this location.

Très bien pour faire ses courses et pour une nuit. Les camions ne nous ont pas dérangés.

It’s a busy carpark with trucks coming and going. No nice views to make up for anything. Ullapool is a small town geared up for summer by the looks of it so not much happening in off season. We stopped to refill with LPG because it’s the last one for a while. Nice walk to top of hills. £10 for 24hrs.

Worst place I’ve ever stopped. Refrigerated units going off every couple of hours through the night, lorry’s in and out through the night and we paid for the pleasure.

Yes it’s noisy as mentioned in other reviews, however £10 for 24 hrs which gave time to enjoy the village, before catching the ferry. That time included a superb supper (Seaforth) then a morning cruise (Sheerwater). Clearly marked motorhome bays for easy parking.

parking for lorries waiting for the ferry very noisy I moved on.

It's OK for a night if desperate but the refrigeration unit wakes you up frequently during the night. We saw this on another review and assumed this was a light humm but it's actually on an articulated lorry and sounds like a lorry moving and revving it's engine. For £10 with no services this is expensive considering the interrupted sleep.

Pasamos una noche con poco ruido (algún camión oímos pero nada que no se podía aguantar). El parking es algo caro pero si al día siguiente se visita el pueblo, merece la pena.

Not great. Very loud most of the night with lorries coming and going. We put up with it for a night as the midges were horrendous everywhere else. Bonus that Tesco is close by for a toilet in the morning.

la vista non è certo la migliore che si può trovare in Scozia, ma penso che vale le 10 sterline perché è a pochi passi dal centro e davanti al supermercato (si risparmia del tempo in viaggio facendo la spesa qui). la notte, anche se ci sono i tir, è stata sufficientemente tranquilla

On aurait dû lire tous les avis car l'endroit est très bruyant la nuit avec le passage de camions et stationnement moteur allumé toute la nuit. (10£) En revanche, il est très spacieux pour la journée, à côté du Tesco.

Haben hier nur zum Spaziergang gestanden. Übernachten wäre auch möglich. Aber sehr voll.

A large carpark which is handy for staying in whilst exploring Ullapool on foot. Stayed overnight with no issues, some parks do face houses which we tried to avoid. Tesco is nice and handy with a customer toilet available as well. Would recommend this park for a one night stopover.

Parkplatz zum Schlafen ungeeignet, weil Kühl-LKW hier ihr Depot haben - andauernd Lärm von den Kühlaggregaten - Ullapool ist generell eine Enttäuschung - bietet nichts und Gastronomie ist überteuert! PS: Parkautomaten außer Betrieb - viele Fahrzeuge haben dennoch einen Strafzettel.

Huge parking. There was enough space. We made use of the bins for trash and recyling. Did groceries at Tesco and used their toilet. Nice to visit the shops and cafés of Ullapool. 4G no issues.

Spent a quiet night for just 10£. No services but a good deal for that amount of money. Center of Ullapool is close, Tesco too. Would come here again.

Motorhome parking spots are used by lorries as a freight terminal. Not suitable for overnighting.

We stay here over night,, we were boxed in between two large trucks, however this wasn’t a problem they shielded us from the wind,, used the facilities in the village, hot showers and clean flushing toilets,, not sure it f this was due to it being out of season for NC500. Very welcoming in the local pubs

Very busy with trucks, we changed the location to more quite place. Overnight stay for payment is also possible but was not good for us

Great spot for large campers to park in the day to explore town. Wouldn’t stay here at night as busy and main stop for trucks, plus it’s just a car park with no views. Bins and glass recycling here.

Très grand parking pour voitures, camions et motorhomes. Terrain plat. 10£ la nuit pour les motorhomes. Très bruyant avec les camions et les oiseaux. Pratique avec le Tesco à côté. Vaut mieux trouver un autre emplacement pour la nuit.

Viele Stellplätze für Wohnmobile vorhanden. Allerdings sehr sehr eng. Und als Camper ist man verpflichtet 10 Pfund zu bezahlen. Wir haben einen schöneren Spot gefunden, der sich nicht nach Großstadtparkplatz anfühlt. Außerdem viel Lkw Verkehr auf dem Parkplatz

Parking 10£ AC 24h , sitio perfecto para visitar el pueblo y probar el marisco y pescados , está al lado de un supermercado. No hay servicios pero en el pueblo hay lavabos públicos a unos 300metros

Haben uns für den Einkauf bei Tesco lieber hier hin gestellt um den Parkplatz vor dem Laden nicht übermäßig zu überlasten. Eingezeichnete Bereiche für Wohnmobile und ein Museum direkt daneben. Übernachten möglich aber scheint recht viel los zu sein. Für den Tag aber sehr gut geeignet?

Free 24hr park up next to Tesco’s in large car park. Specific bays for motor homes. Reasonable quiet night a couple of wagons arrived during the night.

Great spot to stop and explore the town plus do your shopping for onward journey. If you’re looking for a lunch spot, try Seafood Shack. It’s just a few mins walk from the car park and the food is amazingly just look out for a long queue on the main road and you know you’ve found it!

Parked for the day. Loads of spaces and easy to manoeuvre. Also good spot to stock up on supplies/use the toilet etc!

Parking pratique pour visiter Ullapool mais il était déjà bien plein à notre arrivée, nous nous sommes mis derrière un autre cc sur une place de bus. Grosse déception par contre aucune ballade bateau de n'importe quelle compagnie pour aller observer les oiseaux et animaux marins en plein we du mois d'août sans mauvaise mer annoncée ! Nous n'avons pas compris...grosse déception à ce niveau là.
