sadly now closed. But the cafe seem to have a burger van down the road.

Great spot. I phoned during the day to check they were fine with me turning up after the cafe shut and paying the next day. Despite sleeping in their car park, still 20th in the breakfast queue. Pub down the road for dinner in the evening (and loos). £5 is a bargain.

We stayed here last night, paid £5 in the cafe mid afternoon and then came back at 5pm when the cafe closes. The staff were great, there is a water tap at the side of the cafe but you will need a container, bins at the side of the cafe and toilets in the cafe during opening times. The road is a little noisy. Good Internet signal.

Only van here on Sunday evening . felt very secure, and great value for £5 Some road noise early morning, which is to be expected.

Such a great cafe, so friendly and £5 is so reasonable giving what some places charge just to stay in a car park. Public toilets 10 minute walk away, can use toilets if use cafe. Nice walk across road opposite.

Love this place, really friendly staff and good wholesome food. Stay over night for £5.

A super little stopover. We received a warm welcome when we asked if we could stay and it is still only £5. Very popular and well known so an early move/later arrival is fair enough to make room for cars but I understand you can have 2 hours either side of the 8am/5pm if you’re eating at the cafe.

I called last min and received a very warm welcome to stay. The road was a little noisy being a Friday night but slept well. Breakfast is the best in the area.

Another positive experience here. The road is sufficiently quiet at night (it was mid-week). Cracking breakfast the next morning. Just need to remember that the free two hour stay during the day commenced from 8:00 if you’ve stayed over, hence need to be moving on by 10:00, which is fair enough.

Arrived here @ 5 to park for night. The male worker let us know it wud be okay to pay @8am and that the toilets and cafe is open.We woke up to a disturbed lady who ws furious we spent the night. She watched us like a hawk from 7.30, made us feel VERY unwelcome. she assumed we going to drive off and not pay!she followed us around the car park and intruded our personal space.Very strange experience

Contacted the cafe before arriving, they said just park up any time after 5pm and ideally leave before cafe opens or stay for breakfast. Nice quiet stay, only £5 and really close to where I want to hike in the morning.

£5 to overnight so a bargain. The cafe opens at 0800hrs for the daily walkers/hikers and is packed by 0830hrs so either head in for breakfast nice and early with everyone else or move on and free up your space for those guys. Had tea and breakfast there and was really friendly with a good selection.

Parking is only allowed for 2 hours in the day and they have a warden to check. We paid £5 to park overnight and were asked by the owner, very aggresively to move on at 9.50am, even though we were about to buy breakfast at the cafe. He wanted to know the price of our van and implied we were sponging. A very unpleasant experience.

Excellent welcome. Precise and organised controlled entry for covid protection. DELICIOUS breakfast and Monster size tasty scones and many other home cooked gooddies to eat in or take away. If you are in this area, Moel Siabod Cafe is really worth a visit.
