Lovely spot in the Wicklow mountains at the river and a ruin. Bit close to the road but almost no cars at night. No phone service. You can hike to the Glendalough site from here (St Kevin’s/Miners way). It’s fantastic, about 3 km and much calmer than hiking from the official parkings. Would really recommend!

Venues en septembre, nuit et mâtinée venteux et fraiches mais pas dérangées durant la nuit. Places pour 2-3 vans, attention départ de randonnée à proximité donc laisser le spot libre dans la matinée. Superbe vue et possibilité de voir de nombreux animaux.
Nous étions en van. Vers 1h du matin des individus ont frappé fort sur le van avec des cris, des rires et des klaxons puis sont repartis. De nouveau vers 2 h de façon encore plus bruyante. Nous sommes partis et ils nous ont suivi sur 10 km jusqu'à ce que nous croisions un autre véhicule. Ils étaient visiblement alcoolisés mais cela interroge sur les emplacements isolés dans cette vallée.
Spot très sympa, en bord de route mais très peu de trafic la nuit. Réveil avec des chèvres et leurs petits à côté du van !
Perfekter Stellplatz. Zwar an der Straße, ist aber nachts nicht allzusehr befahren. Grandiose Aussicht! Wer Unterleger dabei hat, kann auch gerade stehen :).
Très bel endroit : au bord d’une rivière, au milieu des collines, pas totalement au bord de la route (très peu passante dans la nuit). Très belle vue au réveil !
Génial endroit mais place pour un motorhome… faut donc avoir de la chance ( autre parking moins joli un peu plus loin)
L'endroit est très sympathique même s'il est placé près de la route. Arrivée la nuit, il y a très peu de passage ainsi c'est calme. Nous avons passé une nuit paisiblement près du cours d'eau.
Superbe coin. La rivière, les ruines, les collines et le calme, c'était parfait!
Very busy during the day, so park wisely. Lovely view and walk from the parking spot, not many places even but finally found a bit. 2 other vans there over night. by the main road which was busy until about 8pm and then was quiet overnight. No services.
Hoch oben zwischen den Bergen. Kann windig sein. Traumhafter Sonnenuntergang. Sehr nahe zum Glendalough Visitor Center Empfehlen diesen Stellplatz!!!
Mooie uitzicht, maar naar onze mening sta je te dicht op de weg. plek voor max 2 kleine voertuigen
