its ok. safe. mostly quiet. expect noise from lorries during week as its kind of a working man,'s rest stop.
Grande et large aire de stationnement en retrait de la route et séparée par des buissons. Favorisé par les camions donc bruit possible. Ce n'est pas un endroit génial, mais très proche de l'autoroute et utile si vous passez le soir.
Large and wide parking area set back from the road and separated by bushes. Favored by trucks so noise possible. Not a great location but very close to the highway and useful if you are passing through in the evening.
Großer, breiter Rastplatz, abseits der Straße gelegen und durch Büsche getrennt. Begünstigt durch LKWs, daher Lärm möglich - Transportcafé nebenan. Kein toller Ort, aber ganz in der Nähe der Autobahn und nützlich, wenn man gegen Abend vorbeifährt.

A lay-by set just far enough from the road with a dense bushy/tree lined separation from the highway to reduce but not eliminate the noise. Road not too busy at night and I did not hear the morning rush or HGV's departing. A fabulous breakfast in the Double Decker Cafe was a bonus and a good dog walking area just off the lane to Ripple.

Large, wide lay-by set well back from the road and separated from the main road by bushes. Bins but nothing else. Fine for a night.

Ich fand die Straße nachts doch sehr laut. viele LKWs, die hier halten und stehen. Ort nicht so sauber. Für eine Notfallübernachtung in Ordnung.

Large lay-by sheltered from main road with a barrier of trees, with a cafe open for very nice breakfast (weekdays only) at one end. Had a good quiet nights sleep here, main road pretty quiet during the night. Recommend.

Full of lorries, get late leave early cafe not great but free wash machine in lady toilets so worth going in
