This is £15 per night 6pm-9am then £10 during day. So total to visit Dartmouth £25 for 24hrs. They allow you to park over two bays at no extra cost. You can stay a maximum of 2 nights

No parking now except in the normal car park, the bays are small even for cars, no chance with our 6 metre panel van. That means you have to pay for two bays making it £20 for a day. Didn’t check the overnight cost. No parking in the coach parking area now allowed.

Made sure to go in the area with signage allowing motorhomes. Paid easily enough via the 'PaybyPhone' app. £12.10...We arrived just before 7pm & this allowed us to stay til 10am. Couple of cars with loud music late evening but no bother. Quiet night considering buses came & went. Would definitely use again if we weren't in need of campsite services.

Great value for converted vans. Overnight stops allowed, park and ride available with Lidl and Sainsbury on your doorstep. Parking Enforcement are very fair and approachable. Toilet block is clean and there's a leisure centre opposite to make use of if required. A great asset to make you feel welcome in a town full of historical beauty.

cash or Ringo app. no card. £10 per carpark space is a bit rough but I didn't have coins and i couldnt change the price on the Ringo app so I could only pay £7.80, but as we got there at around 11pm I couldn't be bothered arguing with it. toilets were locked when we arrived but it was pretty late in the night.

Great place to park public toilets are spotless free bus into the town every 10 minutes leisure centre and sainsbury (avoid parking by bottle bank if possible )

Goede overnachtingsplek. Bussen naar de stad. Lidl en Sainsbury’s om de hoek. Betalen met munten of met app. Wij stonden met 2 campers en voelden ons veilig.

Stayed here two nights and used the leisure centre opposite for swimming, free bus into town included in overnight charge of £10. Sainsbury and Lidl are 5 min walk. Only thing that spoilt it was 3 boy racers revving between 9pm and 11pm both weekday nights. they left and then it was quiet. Buses run from early morning until 11pm. Will try again def for day parking & see if overnight improves

Only £10 per night in 2 carpark spaces 6 meters apart! £2 and 10 mins into the town on the bus and right next door to Sainsbury’s and Lidl. Has toilettes but no water or waste disposal.

The town was completely full of cars today on the quay side, a nightmare to drive around. Yet the Park and Ride was virtually empty. The only moho parked up was awaiting recovery by the RAC, according to a note in the window. This scheme needs more thought unless they are relying on high season when motorhomers will have Hobson’s choice! Over priced at £20+ for 24hours

Stayed 1 night & used the park & ride bus to explore Dartmouth. Paid for overnight (7pm-9am) on the RingGo app (£10), had a good sleep - there were a couple boy racers about. Paid again at 9am but must’ve been half asleep as picked the leisure centre car park, luckily got out the van the same time the traffic warden was checking out our van. Realised my mistake - he was very understanding & fair.

nice flat parking, buses/coaches started at 3.50am leaving engines running for 1.5 hrs !!!! so pick your spot carefully - used 2 bays during the day so paid £10, Lidl is next door so fresh croissants for breakfast, public toilets are padlocked so unable to use, cash only for parking meter or use Ring Go parking app

We used this facility last night. The site was very quiet, although there was some building work at the back of the coach park and work started about 7am. Toilets are clean and open 8am to 5pm. The park & ride buses run from 8am to 7pm, although all the through buses stop here. The walk down into Dartmouth is about 1.5 miles and very steep at the bottom.

6 m van took up 2 spaces so we paid £10 for day and another £10 overnight. Huge rat seen by recycling bins and felt price was a bit steep but toilets spotless ( shut at night) and it's only £1 for a hot shower at the friendly leisure centre next door. As bus is included to and from Dartmouth which is lovely we were happy - and at least the local authority is accomodating motor homes.

We parked here while we took the bus into Dartmouth. We are 7.5m long so parked across 2 spaces and paid for two tickets. After 2pm-7pm was £3 per space so paid £6 which included the price of the bus into Dartmouth. Very good value for money if you don’t want to chance trying to find a space further down.

Good place to stop if you’re after visiting Dartmouth, locals riding round on mopeds till 8pm ish and some noise from road other than that no problems

  • 4/5

Great place for a stop over, (South Hams council have opened up 5 car parks for motorhome stop overs at £10.00 per night). We got here mid afternoon and parked in the coach area for £7.00 as the car park was full (you need to buy a double ticket in the main car park which is near impossible before 7.00 pm). Lidl and Sainsburys a two minute walk from P & R plus a garage with Subway sandwich bar

A good park and ride system into this fabulous town.
