C'est une petite route qui sort de Bakewell sur la gauche Holme Road, nous sommes tombés sur ce mercredi soir dernier, c'est calme et nous nous sommes arrêtés sous les arbres à côté d'un quartier résidentiel mais nous n'avons eu aucun problème. nous sommes allés nous promener dans Bakewell le long de la rivière d'où nous nous sommes garés était d'environ 10 minutes
This is a little road coming out of Bakewell on the left Holme Road
we stumbled across this last Wednesday night its quite and out the way we pulled in under the trees out the way its by a residential area but we had no problems .
we went a walk into Bakewell along the river from where we parked was about 10mins

Sie ist ruhig und abseits der Straße, die wir unter den Bäumen an einem Wohngebiet vorbeigefahren haben, aber wir hatten keine Probleme. Wir machten einen Spaziergang entlang des Flusses nach Bakewell, von wo wir geparkt haben, waren es ungefähr 10 Minuten?

Great spot with a 10 min walk into town via the river. A walk in the opposite direction is just as nice with places for the dog to paddle. Parked here from 12 o’clock and it felt very safe and secure. The cow farmers wife across the road was very nice. Pretty quiet from 6 o’clock onwards, but not what I would call residential as some have mentioned.
Had a good night outside Bakewell. Holme road was busy during the day, but cleared out in the evening. Handy walk into town along the river
We’ve just stayed here for one night on 09/04/2023 and had no issues at all. Lovely quiet road, it is a residential area so please respect it, take your rubbish & leave no trace. Would stay again 10/10
Idyllic spot, perfect for a night in the Campervan. We were one of three parked up along the road but still with decent space between us. As other comments said, 5min walk to town where there are good public loos too!
Lovely quiet spot with a nice of road path to the town centre right next to it.
This is a great spot just 5 mins walk to the town centre. we stayed here for one night in our micro camper. It is roadside but not alot of passing traffic. nice and peaceful with fields on the opposite side of the road and the river which runs through the town very close by. will happily stay there again in the future.
Great little spot just outside Bakewell. 5 mins walk down the river to town centre. Space for 3 or 4 vans. Nice view across small field refs the river
Great little park up outside bakewell centre quiet road enough spaces and a cracking first time in the van be ready to be woken early as residents and worker park here! Otherwise would be 5 stars
great little spot best arrive after 5pm due to people using it for parking for town centre working very quiet and only 5 mins walk into bakewell
Level roadside parking for smallish vans (T4). very handy for the town during the day. we parked a little further along to be away from the main road. quiet on a Sunday night. lovely views of the pasture and river. geese and pheasant didn't start up until after 7am :) good for an overnight stop.
Great spot located on a quiet road leading to a small residential area, 5 min walk into Bakewell town along the river. Passing traffic is mostly hikers and locals, occasionally get funny looks however we are staying in the back of a car. Being this,there are no nearby toilet access but that was expected parking on a lane but amenities are not far away. Would recommend for one/two nights only.
Great spot - nice and quiet. Free over night and near the river. Great for dogs in the field.
This is a narrow service road to an industrial estate. There are articulated lorries using it all the time. There are only a couple of places where it is suitable to park anything other than a car.
Best place to stay for akewell town centre
