friendly service secure £17 a night with electric £10 deposit for gate keys has water and elsan point quite a lot of noise at night due to railway line running across back and having upgrades at the moment the car park is a bit rough around the edges however perfect for out of season stop offs
Agree with previous rev. May be closed now? Tried to contact for nearly a week and no response. Landline just rings and cuts off. Rang mobile, left messages, no success. Did a contact form and no reply! Wouldn’t waste your time! Must have called about 20 times. If still open and just bad management this is such a shame, would have happily paid for a pitch for the weekend and spent money in town.
This site didn't respond to email or a voicemail message. I turned up on spec and saw a man on site, but by the time I turned around and returned to the gate he had gone. What's the point advertising a place if you don't get back to customers? Just wasting people's time.
Gated seafront carpark. View of Humber estuary over/through fence. Ideal for town centre, and 20 mins walk to Grimsby FC. Price has EHU option, key deposit, fresh water, toilet waste point. Not exactly picturesque, occasional noise from trains 2/3 times p/h 6am-11pm. Friendly owners. Ring the number on the gate on arrival. Would recommend, especially if you're ok to pay, and 'no-frills'.
Parked here for 1 night. Fresh water, Elsan point and bins. No toilet facilities but that’s ok we have them in our motorhome. 24 hour security gates locked and key given for access. Close to town and lots to do on promenade including places to eat. Bargain for £12 night had a quiet nights sleep. Electric available at extra charge. Will definitely be back. Good safe place to park. Rachel was very friendly and helpful. 12 pounds for the night. Water and toilet disposal. Electric hook up available for extra charge. Very large flat tarmacked area to park.
Great location, place to empty toilet and refill water. not the best looking but can live with that. price from 25th July to 5th September goes up to non electric £27, with electric £30. Normally none £12, with £17.
staying on this now. £12 and a key for gates is £10 deposit. Water. Grey and black waste. ehu if needed. its a stoppover not a site . 2 mins walk to pub . amusements etc. what can you get for £12 these days. we will use again
Advertised as ‘from £10 per night but we were quoted £22 as it’s still in season. No toilets or grass! We left and found a great site at the other end of cleethorpes for 12£ per night.
Ridiculous says from £10 which is for Nov july-sep is £27 without elec £30 the toilets which are 50p which are inside some shutters that are locked at night the gates are closed from 7pm
It is now £22 a night without electric. Friday night so very noisy with boy racers and motorbikes. trains running till around 2330. no toilets, which I would expect for that price.
Brilliant example of what an Aire should be - take a note Councillors everywhere!! From £10 in low season plus £5 for EHU. It’s all locked up and has CCTV. ID needed and £10 for a key deposit. It’d be great if there was a loo but you can’t have it all.
Great secure place right on the sea front. Price was £10 (no electricity) but this changes throughout the year. Nice friendly staff. Fresh Water & waste disposal on site.

Why doesn’t local council’s get on board with this. Excellent idea and need more of them. Plus brings revenue to the area and local shops. But a message to everyone please leave it better than you found it if possible, take your rubbish with you and let’s help everyone to benefit from this and hopefully more places like this in the future. Thanks to everyone involved.
