Busy parking away from the town with no services. But free, and with amazing windy views. Some campers are trying to stay overnight, but noone we have seen in the evening was there in the morning when returning back.
Parking gratuit, légèrement en pente, vue sur mer à 300°. Beaucoup de passages dans la journée. Grande balade à pied autour de la pointe. Accès difficile aux gros camping-cars.
Free parking, slightly sloping, sea view at 300 °. Many passages in the day. Great walk around the tip. Difficult access to large motorhomes.
Kostenloser Parkplatz, leicht abfallend, Meerblick bei 300 °. Viele Passagen am Tag. Toller Spaziergang um die Spitze. Schwieriger Zugang zu großen Wohnmobilen.

pingusback18/09/2022Amazing spot, sea views 300°, but it is 30 minutes walk to the town. The sign on the very last line says no overnight parking. Was going to risk it but on speaking to the Ice Cream van man, they do enforce the rule.. bottled it..

Great for day parking. lots of paths around the old sea defences / fortification. mainly sloping but you can get level if you are lucky. coffee seller was here bright and early. got very busy with sightseers by 11am. didnt stay overnight - used castle car park half a mile down the road having read comments on here about possible issues staying overnight
hughjanus10/04/2021Smashing view, no height restrictions, was a mobile coffee van here, peaceful and free !! didn’t kip just visited during the day. Got busy round lunchtime, think locals have break here.

Great spot during the day. We risked the night as there were a couple of other campers. Cars coming in and out all through the night. We were woken at 5am by a car parked facing us with full beam on and engine running. I got out to see what was up and he drove off. When the sun came up I discovered somebody had thrown a couple of eggs at the van too. Great spot for the day but next time I’ll move round to the coastal road at night. Seemed to be loads of campers parked up.

Nice place to park, lots of other vans around, lots of space. Nice view. No services there, but castle nearby to visit. Very exposed though, so rather windy, to be expected.

Amazing spot surrounded by incredible views. Lots of space to park, no charges, if it wasn't for the fact it is quite exposed and 50mph winds in the forecast we would have stayed here overnight!
