  • 5/5

Great place to stay, fantastic views and walks! Facilities are clean and tidy. The shop is very well stocked. And not to forget: the place is open all year!

  • 5/5

What a stunning site , clean showers, washers, driers, fridges , microwave etc , shop on site which is well stocked, lovely friendly owner greeted me, nothing too much trouble , WiFi available and a good 4G signal. Pub at the top of the road although I didn’t visit , I’ll certainly be back . Also the drive out to here of the NC500 is mind blowingly beautiful, plus the site is open all year round

  • 5/5

Campsite with full range of facilities. Clean, heated shower blocks. Site allows dogs and has access to a small, sandy beach. Dogs not allowed in any buildings including the bar. The bar sells food to eat in or take away, mainly burgers, fish and chips. No vegan options on the menu. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Great views.

  • 5/5

Perfecte camping waarbij alles aanwezig is!

  • 5/5

Phoned on the off chance of availability and wasn't disappointed. A lovely drive across on a majority of single track. On arrival staff a warm & welcoming, we have pitch at front over looking the sea with EHU. Facilities are excellent, washer, dryer, showers, extremely well stocked shop and a pub just up the road. Drop down to the beach to go seal spotting. Highly recommended.

  • 5/5

  • 5/5

Off the beaten track, single track access to the site on good roads, amazing scenery on the way to it and when you arrive you are greeted with great views too. all facilities available, well stocked licensed shop, pub at the top on the driveway. the toilets and shower area very clean and modern. No Midges when we were there.

  • 4/5

  • 4/5

Very well presented site. Everything you needed was there. Well stocked shop, good wash facilities, washing machines and dryers well priced. Conveniently situated near a nice local pub that served food and also done takeaway for the Campsite.

  • 5/5

  • 4/5

Friendly reception and lovely views. Spacious park close to nice pub. Good washing machine and well stocked shop. All you needed on hand in a tranquil spot. Drinking water available but only from a central tap.

  • 5/5

Nice and quite place with beautiful view to the sea ,clean facilities and friendly staff, highly recommended.

  • 5/5

Personnel accueillant, sanitaires propres, douches chaudes. Un petit paradis.

  • 5/5

£34 for a motorhome, electrics, two adults and one teenager. Good value. Great location. Nice size, not to large and not too small campsite. Vodafone signal good, others not so, wifi at the toilet block and bar min up the road.

  • 5/5

Our favourite place in Scotland. Stunning. Peaceful. Beautiful walks. Take a book or games for those rainy days, or just get on your wellies and raincoat! The site itself is very well kept, with a handy shop and immaculate toilet, shower & laundry facilities. The pub does really nice food too.

  • 4/5

Just survived storm Otto at this campsite! Gorgeous location. Loved the drive in. Pitches mostly flat and the facility block is good. Nice to have a shop onsite. Will definitely be back in the future.

  • 4/5

Lovely campsite, friendly staff. Nice beach. Fantastic drive in for views. We did not visit the pub as dogs not allowed. However this did not stop us enjoying our nights stay. Shop is very well stocked.

  • 4/5

Nice enough campsite, great stocked shop onsite. Beach is quite rocky, there are nicer ones elsewhere on the NC500. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in the pub, we spoke to others who this negatively impacted too.

  • 5/5

Lovely place to stay. Amazing facilities. Hot clean showers. Well stocked shop. Lovely lady owner. Perfect place on the front with an amazing view.

  • 5/5

  • 5/5

Ein traumhaft ruhiger Campingplatz. Alles vorhanden was man braucht.

  • 5/5

Fantastic site ,best we came across on our 8 day trip of nc500 ( also went off grid) what a superb find ! great pub 1 min away with all the sports channels , facilities are superb they have everything . Brilliant beaches in and around the area .rang on the day from durness to book and turned up ..provisionally booled for 1 night but loved it and stayed 2 .. defo be back for a week before yrs out

  • 5/5

  • 5/5

Yes, a brilliant place to camp after a magic drive back here. Update on the prices - £27 for two people unpowered and £31 powered. Laundry, kitchen, waste dump, etc all available.

  • 5/5

Brilliant camp site with wonderful views. Wifi is only in main building. Well stocked shop and there’s a lovely little pub 1 minute walk away. Leave your dog in van though as they don’t allow them in the pub.

  • 5/5

We loved it here, would highly recommend it

  • 5/5

We intended to stay 1 night but when we arrived we immediately decided to book in for 2 nights. Fantastic views, a friendly welcome, well-stocked shop, the toilets and showers are spotless, washing up area, washer/dryer, communal microwave and fridge, free wifi in the amenity block, motorhome service point and a pub next door. Highly recommended.

  • 4/5

Stayed 1 night in march and did not book ahead. Friendly owner. Nice flat pitch with stunning sea view. Clean toilets and showers. Good shop on site. Pub at top of hill but not dog friendly so could not eat there. Not sure why as its all hard floors but they did offer take away which was nice. Definitely would have spent more if we were allowed in but their choice.

  • 4/5

Beautiful beach. Great showers/toilets and well stocked shop. Lovely pub up the hill with friendly staff and locals. Shame that I was craving some Scottish seafood and they were only doing non-seafood takeaways. We’re finding pubs very few and far between. Most bars and restaurants are closed this month. Keep well stocked up if yr traveling in January.

  • 5/5

We stayed here last night, great view, great facility..nice pub across the street. You can also book a place in advance. Price seems to have gone up, 28 pounds for a campervan with two adults.

  • 5/5

Amazing views and great facilities. Pub at the top of the hill was great and the food delicious.

  • 5/5

£28 for EHU. Nice hot showers, 20p to use the hairdryer. £5 for washing machine with in-built detergent etc. £2 for dryer. Free WiFi available, but only works in close proximity to the shower block. Handy little shop on site too. Great site for views and quiet. Excellent food served up the bank at the pub, although expensive.

  • 5/5

Great campsite - was happy to see a washer and dryer. Lovely views- plus a restaurant and pub! Book the restaurant when you book the campsite in high season.

  • 3/5

Polite staff, beautiful location with clean toilet block and well designed chemical disposal. Grateful for the site offering a service point. I think £10 is a bit steep to fill with water, dump grey/black and drop a small bag of rubbish in a bin. £6.00 would seem fairer and more like the cost paid elsewhere in the Highlands and may bring in more custom for the site. Beautiful location though.

  • 5/5

Beautiful setting with stunning views. Well-stocked shop and spotless facilities (with sheltered wifi).

  • 5/5

Just incredible. Best site of the trip & will be hard to beat. Extremely friendly staff, facilities are very new, very good and very clean. Great shop which sells everything you’ll ever need including firewood. Pub up the road owned by the same people was a special treat, the food was top notch. We Will be staying again for sure.

  • 5/5

Lovely campsite. Super clean lots of room on the pitches. Only downside is there is a random farm dog that come onto the site. Pees up anything outside your van. Then in the morning the owners of said farm dog came onto the site and were aggressive towards us. Accss is tight and twisty single track lanes would discourage caravans.

  • 5/5

Very nice clean site set in a Picturesque bay with assess to the water from site. We stayed one night on an unserviced pitch. Showers and toilets were very clean, we was able to top up with fresh water and dispose of our grey and back water. They also offer this as a service if you don’t stop the night which is handy. We had No 4G signal on EE and virgin. We did not book and arrived at 6pm, plenty off places vacant.

  • 4/5

Good site. Stayed for one night on an unserviced pitch. Showers and toilets ok. Couldn’t eat in the nearby pub as it’s fully booked several days in advance. There were a few arguments over the pitches as they’re not assigned, so pitch up where you want. Very limited 4G signal on EE and 3. If you’re not booked in advance, turn up as early as possible.

  • 5/5

Excellent - great facilities and lovely meal in pub up the road. Beautiful views.
