Layby side of river ok for a 1 night stop over, ground not level, great dog walking spot on route somewhere. Watch boats being loaded first thing, road was quite busy, farm vehicles passing.
Ruhige Nacht unterwegs irgendwo. Perfekter Ort, ich musste als erstes zusehen, wie Boote beladen wurden, die Straße war nicht laut.
Noche tranquila en el camino en algún lugar. lugar perfecto, pude ver los barcos cargando primero, el camino no era ruidoso.
Notte tranquilla in viaggio da qualche parte. posto perfetto, ho potuto guardare prima le barche che caricavano, la strada non era rumorosa.
Rustige nacht ergens op de weg. perfecte plek, ik kon eerst de boten zien laden, de weg was niet lawaaierig.

positives, hard surface, Nice river spot, decline. Negatives. No black bin liner in the bins, bin and tie up rubbish before putting in there. Port office lady turned up early to empty the bins rattling beer bottles, as long as she can she left angry faced peering into my camper. Port office right opposite with staff watching. Tractors going past started 6am. Surprizingly busy road.
pretty quiet parking for 4-5 vans overnight. Lots of cars going by throughout the night, surprisingly busy for a small country road. Farm traffic from 5:30am. might be quieter if you are lucky!
Small parking lot by the information sign and a picnic table (both are very overgrown :). It’s right on the road, but the road has very little traffic during the day and no traffic at all at night. Pretty views over the Fens and the canal with boats. Very peaceful night.
got here at 10pm and one other camper. quite at night but Seagulls at 4.30am and a couple of cars in the morning. but other than that it was ok for one night. cloae to Mcdees and Garage
